Deze oefening kan je helpen als je naar bed gaat of om weer in slaap te vallen tijdens de nacht. Een reis om je lichaam en ademhaling te voelen, om te ontspannen en diep in slaap te vallen. Een Deep Rust meditatie beoefening van 20 minuten, een vorm van yoga nidra.

Diepe Rust meditatie is een zeer diepgaande beoefening, waarbij ontspanning en zelfonderzoek op verschillende niveaus (koshas) worden beoefend. Op fysiek, mentaal, emotioneel en energetisch niveau. Welcome to this sleep meditation. Take a moment to lie down in a relaxed position. Ready to fall asleep. Then scan your body to see if there's anything you can do to make yourself more comfortable.
