 This meditation is a series of affirmations designed to mindfully simplify and streamline your connection to your body, soul and the universe. You may like to repeat these affirmations out loud or within your mind or simply allow them to wash over you. In all cases, be the sponge. Let's begin by taking a big deep breath in through your nose, feel your belly rise and slowly exhale the air out through your open mouth.
