Divine Creation

This is a guided meditation to open and balance the sacral chakra. I have chosen to meditate with a crystal. I have chosen orange calcite for this meditation to open your creative energy bringing inspiration and joy into your life. So make yourself comfortable and relax. Just take a few deep breaths. You find yourself in a beautiful garden. The sun is shining down on you. It's a beautiful sunny day. In your garden there is a very comfortable seat waiting for you where you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the sun. This is your very own sacred garden. Here you are always safe and secure. In your garden you can really connect to nature. Enjoy the flow and the life of the garden. Breathing in the life force of nature and the plants. Relaxing and warm. Safe and secure. A butterfly settles on the plants in front of you. You watch and observe the creation and beauty of nature. And as you observe the butterfly flies towards you and lands on your hand. You can communicate with the butterfly. And you become one with creation. The butterfly flies up and over towards a shallow river flowing to the right of your garden. You follow and go over a golden bridge and begin to walk along by the river. Feeling the warmth of the sun on your body. Those golden rays. And looking at the ripples in the river. You can see that the river is shallow. The sun is shimmering on the surface of the water producing a vibrant orange light. This is a river of creativity. You feel invited to enter the water. It is perfectly safe. The water is refreshing and warm. And you allow yourself to gently float in the water. And enjoy the feeling and the freedom. As the water flows gently around you washing and cleansing. Healing old emotions. Just allow yourself to let go and release. You feel free in this water. And as you look beneath you, you can see sparkling light and energy rising up from the riverbed. This is pure crystalline energy. Resonating and vibrating into the water and through your body. The golden orange light fills you with the creative life force. And allow the river to flow into you. Filling every part of your being. With joy and happiness. A divine river of creativity. Connecting you with your soul. And allow the divine creative energies to flow into you. Just let them flow. And the river of divine creation is talking to you. And reminding you that you are a beautiful being of light. Spontaneous, creative and filled with divine joy. You are divine creation and joy. The water is guiding you into a natural flow of life.
