Drift Into Peace: A Gentle Body Scan And Sleep Affirmations

Hello and welcome. I'd like to welcome you here today to this gentle guided sleep meditation with affirmations. And I just want you to know how loved you are. Just take some time here to relax. Maybe you're just settling, getting ready for bed. Allow yourself to just get as comfortable as possible. Feather your nest, as my meditation teacher says, comfort is queen, David G. So allow yourself to really settle in, take a deep seat, and as we rest, maybe taking some time, maybe we have like a nighttime ritual to cleanse and moisturize and get yourself ready and just allow yourself to lay down, get the lighting just right. Just take a deep seat as you lay, take some deep breaths in through your nose, out through your mouth, and just allow yourself to feel held, settled, cradled, and may you know how loved you are as we settle in here. May you know what a gift you are to the world. Maybe even just give yourself a hug right now because why not? You deserve it. You give of yourself all day long, now it's your turn to receive. And just by being yourself, you inspire, you empower others just by being who you are. So as you start to settle in, if your eyes are not already closed, I invite you to do so. Just feel, and even no matter what age we are, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. I have a stuffed carrot, he's my little stuffy, and he's my little buddy, and he hangs out with me. He's kind of like my little pillow, so maybe you have like a body pillow or a stuffed animal. I don't care your age, it's okay. We can, it doesn't matter how old we are, we always have that inner child, that inner teenager or adult that wants to, in my case, hug my stuffed carrot, so get comfy with that as well. And I just want to let you know how unique you are, how powerful you are, how incredibly special you are. I also want to let you know that you are Stardust. You are Stardust listening to Stardust. This is also a David G. quote, touched my heart when I first heard it, so I'll give him props for that. You are Stardust listening to Stardust, and every moment is a Stardust moment. You came into the Earth as an unbounded consciousness and radiant light, and you are made up of Stardust. You are made up of the very same things, molecules, and beautiful things, so just take that in as you start to settle in and get a little tired. And no matter where you go, everywhere you go, you spread this magic. It doesn't matter where you go. You don't even have to try. And words cannot describe what a difference you make. You are simply amazing. And every single day when you walk through the world, you inspire others just by being you. There's no other person like you in this whole world, and no one can do what you do. You are truly, truly exceptional. You are important. You matter. You make a difference. You are so, so important. You matter. You make a difference. Your potential is unlimited. I'm so in awe of you. You are a creator just by being you, and you just have unbounded, unlimited potential. It just makes you so remarkable and extraordinary. There's no one like you in this whole world. You're one of a kind. You're like a special, beautiful, intricate mosaic, and every single beautiful part of you makes up that mosaic. There's no one else like you. Just continue to rest and allow yourself to drift away as you listen to my words of remembrance of how awesome you are. And no matter where you go, every person you meet, everyone you meet, knows there's something special about you. You know it, too. So when you look in the mirror in the morning, I want you to remember that. Everyone else sees it. And when you look back in the mirror, I want you to know it deep in your heart how special you are. And no matter where you go, whenever you're around, the world seems to be a better, much happier place, because you are full of unbounded joy. You just have to remember. Remember that beauty and stardust within you. What sets you apart is your ability to make anyone feel special. You're just such a beautiful, special being yourself. I'm so amazed by what you've already accomplished and how much you continue to do. I just want you to know that I think you're absolutely awesome. Your heart is like a beautiful musical. And when you speak, people can hear the symphony. A beautiful musical and orchestra. And you don't even have to try. You are so, so very special. I just want to thank you for being so amazing and awesome. And your incredible talents are a true gift to the world. I believe in your immense potential to achieve absolutely anything. And you can feel yourself drifting off. And as you do, you can remember the beautiful grace and stardust that you are. And your body feels lighter as you think of this. And allows you to float. Float, float up into the cosmos. And you can see the immense stardust that you are as you rise. As you remember. As you feel into this. And as you do, you head into the beautiful cosmos. All the way to Saturn. Because you've always wanted to see what it was like to slide on the ring. So you go all the way up. And you climb all the way to the top. And you slide all the way down in joy. And happiness, almost like when you were at an amusement park as a kid. Allow yourself to drift off into this beautiful remembrance of who you are. Homecoming with the cosmos. Touching the stars and them touching you. Because you are one. And of course, there's no gravity. So allow yourself to continue to drift off. And you feel such peace as you remember in your heart. And that the galaxy remembers you and holds you. And cradles you. And it brings this radiant light into your body. And you into it. As you remember the stardust that you are. And this remembrance can carry into your day. And to the star that you already are in daily life. And to this peace. And to this oneness and love. And grace. And as we rest here. You just feel this light permeate through our body. Starting at the crown of our head. Cleansing our crown. Down into our third eye. Even permeating through the brain. Anything that was lingering there. Allow the stardust and the light to come in. Down our central channel. Into our throat. To our ears. To our sinuses. Softening the jaw. Gently resting the tongue behind the top of our front two teeth. Down our throat. Gentle light cascading down. Softening into our heart. To our veins. To our bloodstream. To our capillaries. Lungs. Beautiful expansive light. As we rest here. To our kidneys. Just witness this beautiful light coming in. Witness and accept. Cascades down to our intestines. Small and large. To our stomach. To our gallbladder. Beautiful light. Witness and accept. Allow the grace of the starlight. To our pelvic area. Down our arms. To each finger. Down our legs. Knees. All the way down our ankles. Our feet. Each toe. Our sit bones. Our body. Cascaded with this beautiful glorious stardust and light. Allow it to flow. Lungs permeate. May you be so held in this beautiful radiant stardust and light. May you have a peaceful night's sleep. And may this meditation help you to remember the brilliance that you are. Simply for being you.
