Einfach da sein – Mini-Meditation zum Ankommen

Welcome! In this meditation, you are allowed to simply be. No goals, no obligations, just you, connected with your breath, your body, your present moment. Let’s become still together, gently and without any expectations. If you like, close your eyes or lower your gaze. You are sitting comfortably, perhaps on a chair or a cushion, upright and alert. Take a few deep breaths, maybe even exhaling with a deep sigh to release the tension of the day. As you do this, feel the breath at the tip of your nose, cool and gentle, and as you inhale, your chest rises. Ideally, your belly should also expand outward. This indicates that there is movement throughout your body. To feel this, I invite you to place your palms on your belly. With each breath, you come more into yourself, being present with yourself. The everyday fades away, the past has happened, the future is not yet here; you are here, you are now. And even though you are completely still on the outside, you are in motion on the inside. Perhaps a thought or a memory of a conversation comes to mind, whatever it may be. This is completely normal and understandable, because just as you breathe, you are in motion within. But just as you breathe, you can also let what comes simply pass by, like clouds in the sky or a wave at your feet. Like when you stand on a beach and let the water gently play around your feet. With each breath, freshness, clarity, and newness come to you. And just as you allow the freshness, clarity, and newness in, you can also allow the old or what comes in terms of memories and thoughts to simply pass. Perhaps you still have your palms on your belly, feeling your belly in motion. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself; do not judge yourself. Allow everything to be in motion. And now I invite you to tune into your body. Perhaps there is even tension, or you are simply calm. Tension from the day still lingering. Everything is okay just as it is. Without needing to improve anything. Perhaps you notice warmth or coolness. None of this is wrong. Everything that is present is allowed to be. You are allowed to be, with everything that you are. Stay for a moment in this mindful connection. Breath by breath. Very gently. You don’t have to do anything, just be. And when you are ready, slowly bring your attention back. Feel the space around you. Gently move your hands and feet. And open your eyes if you wish. Now, you are here. Thank you for giving this moment to yourself and to me.

Willkommen! In dieser Meditation darfst du einfach da sein. Kein Ziel, kein Müssen, nur du, in Verbindung mit deinem Atem, deinem Körper, deinem Jetzt. Lass uns gemeinsam still werden, ganz sanft und ohne Anspruch. Wenn du magst, schließ die Augen oder senke deinen Blick. Du sitzt entspannt, wer weiß, auf einem Stuhl oder einem Kissen, gerade, wachsam. Nimmst ein paar tiefe Atemzüge, atmest vielleicht sogar mit einem richtig tiefen Säufze aus, um die Anspannung des Tages einfach loszulassen. Dabei spürst du den Atem an der Nasenspitze, kühl, sanft und beim Einatmen hebt sich deine Brust. Im Idealfall wölbt sich auch dein Bauch nach außen. Das zeigt, dass Bewegung im ganzen Körper ist. Und um das zu spüren, lade ich dich ein, auch die Handflächen auf den Bauch zu legen. Mit jedem Atemzug kommst du immer mehr in dir, bei dir, selbst an. Der Alltag verblasst, die Vergangenheit ist geschehen, die Zukunft ist noch nicht, du bist hier, du bist jetzt. Und obwohl du äußerlich ganz still bist, bist du innerlich in Bewegung. Vielleicht kommt der ein oder andere Gedanke, die Erinnerung von einem Gespräch, was auch immer dir in den Sinn. Das ist ganz normal und total verständlich, denn so wie du atmest, bist du innerlich in Bewegung. Aber auch so wie du atmest, kannst du das, was kommt, einfach wieder ziehen lassen, wie Wolken am Himmel oder wie eine Welle an deinen Füßen. Wenn du an einem Strand stehst und deine Füße ganz sanft von Wasser umspielen lässt. Mit jedem Atemzug kommt Frische, Klarheit, Neues zu dir. Und so wie du die Frische, Klarheit und das Neue zulässt, kannst du auch zulassen, dass das Alte oder das, was kommt an Erinnerungen, Gedanken, einfach ziehen lässt. Vielleicht hast du die Handflächen noch am Bauch, spürst den Bauch in Bewegung. Sei sanft, mitfühlend mit dir, verurteile dich nicht. Lass zu, dass alles in Bewegung ist. Und ich lade dich nun ein, in den Körper hineinzuspüren. Vielleicht ist da sogar Spannung oder du bist einfach nur ruhig. Angespanntheit vom Tag noch. Alles ist in Ordnung, so wie es ist. Ohne, dass du etwas verbessern musst. Vielleicht nimmst du Wärme wahr, Kühle. Nichts davon ist falsch. Alles, was da ist, darf da sein. Du darfst da sein, mit allem, was du bist. Bleib einen Moment in dieser achtsamen Verbindung. Atemzug für Atemzug. Ganz sanft. Du musst nichts tun, nur da sein. Und wenn du bereit bist, bring deine Aufmerksamkeit langsam zurück. Spür den Raum um dich. Beweg ganz sanft deine Hände und Füße. Und öffne, wenn du magst, deine Augen. Jetzt, du bist da. Danke, dass du mir und dir diesen Moment geschenkt hast.
