El Camino a la Calma

 Close your eyes and begin to breathe very slowly. Be aware of how the air enters through your nostrils, how it goes down to your lungs, how it reaches them filling you with life with each beat of your heart. This light, this life comes to each and every cell of your body. Breathe and be aware of this miracle. Breathe very slowly. Feel how life comes to each and every of the cells of your body. Pay attention to how that oxygen, how that life reaches the tip of your feet, your fingers and feel how they fill with life, how they relax, how they release. Begin to become aware of the oxygen and the life that reaches your legs. Notice how they release, how they relax, how in this way your knees release the tension, the submission, the resistance to do things that one does not want. Let go of that energy blocked in your knees. Breathe. Breathe and focus on your thighs. Relax them. Release them with a deep breath. Fill them with oxygen, with life.  Cierra tus ojos y empieza a respirar muy lentamente. Hazte consciente de cómo el aire entra por tus fosas nasales, cómo baja hacia tus pulmones, cómo llega a ellos llenándote de vida con cada latido de tu corazón. Esta luz, esta vida llega a todas y cada una de las células de tu cuerpo. Respira y se consiente de este milagro. Respira muy despacio. Siente así como la vida llega a todas y cada una de las células de tu cuerpo. Pon tu atención en cómo ese oxígeno, cómo esa vida llega hasta la punta de tus pies, tus dedos y siente cómo se llenan de vida, cómo se relajan, cómo se sueltan. Comienza a hacerte consciente del oxígeno y la vida que llega a tus piernas. Nota cómo se sueltan, cómo se relajan, cómo de esta manera tus rodillas sueltan la tensión, la sumisión, la resistencia a hacer cosas que uno no quiere. Suelta esa energía bloqueada en tus rodillas. Respira. Respira y céntrate en tus muslos. Relájalos. Suéltalos con una respiración profunda. Llénalos de oxígeno, de vida. Agradeceles que te sujeten, que te sustenten, que te apoyen. Respira. Respira lento y consciente. Pon tu atención ahora en tus caderas y en la parte baja de tu vientre. Pon tu atención en esa zona sagrada donde se aloja la seguridad, la confianza, la fuerza y la energía vital. Llena esa zona de luz con una respiración profunda. Siente cómo puedes respirar a través de tu piel llevando la luz y la energía hasta esta zona de tu cuerpo. La luz la suelta, la relaja. Continúa visualizando tu abdomen y observa cómo se llena de luz, de oxígeno, de vida. Observa cómo la luz en tu abdomen comienza a girar en dirección de las agujas del reloj, limpiando y equilibrando tus emociones. Hazte consciente de lo que estás sintiendo en este momento y si hay alguna emoción que te perturbe, deja que sea bañada por la luz. Respira. Respira lento y consciente. Ahora sube la luz hasta el centro de tu pecho, donde se encuentra tu chakra corazón. Suéltalo. Relaja tu espalda y tus hombros. Abre tu pecho y deja que el amor incondicional entre y salga con cada respiración por el centro de tu ser, justo encima del externón. Permite que entre sin miedo, sin resistencias. Disfrútalo y siéntelo y déjalo salir de nuevo, devolviéndolo al universo que te rodea. Céntrate en esta energía que comienza a irradiar tu corazón y déjala que poco a poco empiece a llenar tu cuerpo físico. Para ayudarte en este proceso, piensa en alguien que ames profundamente. Retén en tu mente una imagen en la que estás con esta persona en un momento maravilloso de tu vida y deja así que la emoción del amor incondicional te empiece a invadir por completo. Pon atención a tu cuerpo y observa cómo se reacciona, si sientes calor, si sientes vibración, si sientes tranquilidad, calma o incluso dolor. Identifica cómo es esta emoción del amor incondicional en tu cuerpo, cómo la percibes, cómo lo sientes y aprende así a reconocerlo. Respira, respira lento, respira consciente. Comienza a llevar esta energía que nace del centro de tu pecho a tus hombros, tu cuello. Permite que la luz deshaga las tensiones. Lleva la luz a tu cara. Sube esta vibración y esta luz a tu cerebro y enciende con ella tu glándula pineal situada en el centro de tu cerebro. Imagina que brilla con mil colores. Así limpiará tu mente y equilibrará tus pensamientos. Respira, respira lento. Mantén esta emoción, esta sensación, esta luz que emana del centro de tu ser, del centro de tu corazón. Observa cómo esta energía viaja por toda tu columna vertebral, soltándola, desbloqueando así sus espacios intervertebrales, haciéndola crecer, se estira, se relaja. Continúa bajando y llena tu abdomen de nuevo con esta luz, con esta energía, con este amor incondicional, haciendo que tus emociones se equilibren, se disuelvan y puedas volver así a la calma. Bájala un poco más hasta la zona baja de tu vientre y déjala vibrar, despertando con esta vibración la energía de la vida, la energía de la creatividad, la energía de la confianza y la seguridad. Esta luz, esta vibración barrerá así de esta manera todos los miedos que te impiden avanzar. Déjala que recorre tus piernas, tus muslos, tus rodillas, tus tobillos y tus pies. Respira y déjalos que continúen vibrando en el amor incondicional. Respira profundo pensando y recordando esta persona que amas incondicionalmente, la que no pides nada a cambio, la que seguirás amando por encima de todo y de todos. Y déjate de invadir por esa maravillosa sensación que mueve al mundo, que te mueve. Siente esa emoción a la que estás infinitamente agradecido. Continúa respirando, sanando, vibrando. Toma otra respiración profunda y poco a poco empieza a mover tus pies, tus manos. No hay prisa por volver. Empieza poco a poco a notar y a sentir la realidad que te rodea, la superficie en la que te encuentras tumbado o sentado. Respira profundo. Recuerda y ancla esta sensación para recordar así el camino para llegar hasta tu calma y tu equilibrio. Respira. Respira lento y consciente. Cuando estés listo, abre los ojos.
