Embodying Love: How Self-Love Changes Everything

Hi, so welcome. This is a talk about a topic we addressed in our live session. It's about love and self-love. In our live sessions, we create a sacred space of remembrance and reconnection to who we truly are. Because we remind each other, right? And it's so wonderful to meet each other in this live session. But if you are not able to be there, I record this for you, so you can tune into it, even now. We can get so stuck in this 3D world of ours. With all the pain, the suffering, the sorrow, the stress, the busyness. We can really get caught up. And then there are all these relationships, these struggles, the longing for peace inside. And now and then we find it. And we want more of it. Yet we become restless once again. Like it's never enough. Never safe enough. Never good enough. Never loved enough. And here together, in this energy of this session in a group, we can bring in another energy. We do it together. And while acknowledging that, that we all feel this restlessness from time to time, I invite you now to check in with yourself. How are you feeling right now? What is alive within you right now? Just experiencing what is alive in you and letting that be is so powerful. Everything is welcome. In our live sessions, we also do a live reprogramming to undo ourselves from our conscious and subconscious blocks. Doing this in a shared field is so powerful. So I want to again thank everyone who can be attending there, bringing his energy, her energy in, bringing everything in. We have living inside of ourselves. And even when you are listening to this afterwards, you are also part of that field. There is no time, no space. So welcome to you. Reprogramming ourselves in a shared field is so powerful. Because what I feel is this. Everything in the outside world that makes us uncomfortable is actually pointing us home. Inward. To our own divinity. Which we tend to forget. So really, everything is so, so valuable. Because something magical happens, consciously or unconsciously, whatever one of us brings in, it touches us all. Whatever block we release, we do it together. In and for all of us. I will record every next session so you can listen to that part of the session as well later. If you are not able to attend live. But for now, please take a moment to land in this space. Please sit comfortable, with your feet flat on the floor. And close your eyes for a moment. Take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. Into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And just relax. Let go of the tension in your shoulders, your arms, your hands. Your neck and your face. Soften your eyes. Create an inner smile. And listen to the sounds around you. Feel the stillness. Quiet your thoughts. Quiet your mind. And again, take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. Bring your focus to your heart. And say quietly, in your mind. I ask and intend to create a sacred space. I ask to let go of all distracting thoughts, energies and information. And my intent for today. Is to align, connect and fully embody Source. The Source of Light, Life and Unconditional Love. The Creator Source at the center of the universe. And I ask and intend to feel, experience and embody. The energy of Unconditional Love. Of Self Love. And to clear and heal once and for all. Any deeply rooted unconscious and conscious issues, beliefs, frequencies. That hold me back in being. So that I can walk my higher path. Filled with Light. Empowered, clear, focused. And in Divine Energy. In the energy of who I really am. I ask to be and embody who I truly am. A being of pure Unconditional Love. For myself and for others. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And exhale. Can you feel it? The energy? We forget this connection so often, right? The connection to our true Divine Self. And to Source. It's all about a specific frequency. But when we drop. When we lower our frequency. When we get caught up. In all these 3D things around us. We start to believe. I am alone. I am not loved. I have to figure it out by myself. We feel separate from each other. And from Love itself. But it's never true. It only looks that way. It feels that way. And we get drawn into it because this world. This whole matrix is designed to keep us out of that connection. Look around. Lower frequencies are everywhere. It's in the food, in the air, in the media, in the education system. In the healthcare system, in medicine, in relationships. It's the same story over and over and over again. It's so clear. We can't find Love there. The pure unconditional Love isn't out there. The Love we all long for is deep, deep inside of ourselves. And if you're here, drawn to this session. I know you are longing for it too. Because Love is not a word. It's not a thought. It's not even just a feeling. It is a frequency. And it's time to remember that frequency again. Let me share something from my own story. Just briefly. Eight years ago I had no clue. I was raised in religion in a small Dutch village. I met my husband when I was 16, married young, four children. Running a business, working hard, pleasing, proving. Very afraid of conflict. Terrified of not being in harmony with my outer world. Losing myself more and more. Yeah. And then I hit a wall. I got stuck. And that's when I found something. Or rather, something found me. It was like my breadcrumbs home. And it was like a switch flipped within me. I did my first source connection. And my body lit up with energy, electricity. My heart opened up like a magnet. My mind, it freaked out. Completely. Oh, you are not allowed to do this. You will be rejected. You're not allowed. Your husband is not allowing. The church is not allowing. Your father is not allowing. Don't do this. Don't go here. This is not safe. Oh, it was my survival mechanism. Talking so loud to me. But my heart was open and I couldn't ignore it anymore. This is it. I knew it instantly. This is it. This is home. This is where I came for in this human life. I knew it immediately. But I kept it a secret. I knew this is my own sacred process. And if I share it too early with my outer world, I'm not capable of holding it. Because there's too much fear within me right now. I have to go through this by myself. So, I didn't talk about it. I did the work within me. Releasing, releasing, raising my frequency. Connecting to source every day. All day. Creating a sacred space. Allowing the energy to move. And I, oh, all my blocks came up. And I created two lives, really. Two realities. My normal life, quote unquote normal. Family life, married life, work. And my inside life, my spiritual life, kind of thing. Two realities, two bubbles. Until one day, five years later, something shifted again. It was like I just saw it happening within me. Like the two bubbles were merging. My two inner realities merged. Oh, and I knew, oh boy. Oh boy, I have no idea what will happen now in my outside world. But this is happening. Can't even do a thing about it. And I don't want to do a thing about it. But oh my. My outer world will change massively. I just knew it. I knew it. It's this deep inner knowing, you know. And it was true. Everything opened up. I had to leave the old. Not out of resistance. But it was simply resonance. The old no longer fit. Religion, marriage, family dynamics, the people-pleasing. The village where I was, the whole community. It just dropped away. Just, I'm saying now, just. Oh, I can tell you stories about that. And I will, later on, I will. About relationships and how to leave it in beauty and love. How to let go. And to fully come home. That's the process. And because the frequency raised within me, my outer world changed. And now I'm here. More free than ever. I'm not perfect. The fear kicks in. Every once in a while, of course. And I get to release. I keep releasing. Every word I speak, every meditation I create, every course, it's for me. Because I want to be in this alignment. This is my purpose. And if I can share it with you, with all of my heart, I love to do that. But it's really about me embodying this love. Being the love and embodying it more and more and more. And it's not the love I was taught, which I thought it was love. That was really fear. You know, the commitment in the marriage, it was out of fear. I had no idea. How my trauma part clicked in in his trauma part. And how we were there to teach each other. But it's really about me embodying my true divine essence and bringing the energy of source, of my creator. My divine father. Here, in this earthly reality. This is my purpose. And that's what it's all about, right? It's not about this real unconditional love. It's not about the codependency anymore. It's not loyalty out of fear. It's not hiding my truth to stay safe. It's the frequency of love. The real one. And then the question is. Do you really, really, really believe that you are allowed to fully receive this love? Let that question land and don't answer it from your mind. Feel what comes up in your body. Do you truly, truly, truly, really believe that this real unconditional love is there for you to receive, to embody, to give? What comes up? Sadness? Guilt? Shame? Anger maybe? Resistance? It's all good. Good. Bring it up. Bring it all up. And then say from your heart. I ask an intent. For example, just fill in the blanks. Whatever is right for you. I ask an intent to release my deep, deep sadness. About having been searching for this love for so long. Sadness about my belief that this love simply isn't here to be found. I ask an intent to release my confusion. My deep confusion which I already felt as a child. Because what I felt and what the grown-ups told me was not the same. I ask to release my deep sadness from every cell in my throat, in my lungs, in my heart, in my chest. The deep sadness and the longing for this love and my belief that I cannot find it here in this earthly reality. I ask an intent to let that go. From every cell in my body, from my conscious, subconscious and cellular memory. Take a deep breath in. And exhale. And I ask an intent to release my guilt. I ask an intent to release my belief and my guilt that if I embody this energy, I will leave my human family behind. I ask an intent to release all of my guilt towards my human family and my loved ones. And towards the rest of humanity. Because so many people are longing for this love and it seems that they cannot find it. I ask to release my guilt that I have it here. Right here with me. I ask to release this guilt from every cell in my body, from my throat, from my neck, from my skull, from my backbone. From my nervous system. I ask to release this energy and frequency now. From every cell in my body, from my conscious, subconscious and cellular memory. Take a deep breath in. And exhale. And I now ask to bring in the energy of forgiveness. The energy of pure unconditional love and forgiveness for myself and for others. Forgiveness. Self-forgiveness. I ask an intent to let go all the judgment, all the disappointment, all the fear. I ask an intent to just let it melt in this energy. Pure unconditional love and forgiveness. Golden light all around me and within me. I now ask an intent to be and embody this energy. And I say from my heart, I now remember. I am this love. I embody this love. I emanate this love. From today, from now, I hold the pure essence of love because it is me. I am made with this love. I am this love. I emanate this love more and more every day. This energy cleanses you, heals you. Allow it to wash through every part of your being. And say again from your heart, I am worthy of love. I am love. I am here to embody love. I am a vessel for the divine. I am an extension of source. Here to serve through love. This is who I really am. And so it is. Take a deep breath in and exhale. Mm. Please stay in this energy for as long as you can. Let it work through you. Let it do the work for you. Drink some water. Just feel. Allow it in. And I want to thank you for being here. Thank you for doing this with me. Thank you for doing this for yourself and for us.
