Embrace Your Worth: A Self-Love Meditation

 If you aren't good at loving yourself, you will have a difficult time loving anyone, since you'll resent the time and energy you give another person that you aren't even giving to yourself. Barbara De Angelis Welcome to this guided meditation where you will embrace your worth and give yourself limitless love and compassion. Now make yourself comfortable. You can use a cushion or sit on a chair. You can be in any seated, relaxing position, as long as it makes you feel comfortable and you are completely pain-free. Take your time to find your space. And when you do, sit up nice and tall, keeping your shoulders relaxed. Gently close your eyes and breathe. Lay your palms softly on your thighs. Once you find your moment, take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out from your mouth. Take a moment to appreciate and acknowledge being present. Thank yourself for taking this time to connect and reflect. And let's work our way to love. Like resetting one of your electronic devices. Just take a pause. Turn your mind off. And reset what you think, what you know. And start again from scratch. Enjoy this moment as a complete moment of freedom. Your mind is lighter. Free from all the negative thoughts. Ready to get nourished with positive vibes. For a new dose of real, profound, grounding trust. Keep in mind that love is not something you have to look for. It's something that is inside of you. Hidden from a surface made up of worries, schedules, social masks and the negative conception of yourself. You just have to release some love. Give it a chance to shine. To lead you.
