This Reiki-infused, simple guided practice is designed to help you release any energy that doesn't serve you or doesn't belong to you. A beautiful ritual for the end of the day, or after a challenging moment.

Energy Cleanse Meditation

 Welcome friend. Make yourself comfortable. You can do this meditation sitting or lying down. This is often the practice that I do at the end of the day or at the end of a healing session. This is just here to guide you in releasing any energy that isn't yours and doesn't serve you anymore. So let's begin by closing your eyes. We'll take a few nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Just releasing anything that's on your mind. Allow yourself to become present in this moment here. Maybe you've had a difficult day or a challenging interaction with another person. Maybe you just feel like you've absorbed things from the world around you and you're ready to let those go. I invite you to visualize a beautiful waterfall like you are walking through a forest and you come across this incredible oasis. The water is clear and clean and sparkling and you approach this waterfall and you can hear the rushing sound of the water. This is such a beautiful and peaceful place filled with healing energy. When you are ready, I invite you to step under this waterfall feeling this clear, cleansing, sparkling water wash over you. Feel it flowing down your head, your neck, your shoulders, this cleansing water falling down your arms, your chest, your stomach and hips and down your legs. This water is washing away any energy that is holding you back, any energy that is not yours, any energy that does not serve your highest good. This magical healing waterfall is here to wash it all away. Really breathe and feel this water cleansing your whole body, your whole energy field. It's like you can look down at your feet and see all of this unhelpful energy just being washed away, flowing away from you. Any pain or hurt or fear or distress or anxiety simply being carried away by this beautiful healing water. Feel the lightness, the joy, the ease coming back into your body. When you are ready, you can step out from underneath this waterfall and into the sun, feeling the warmth on your skin, on your face. And as this warm sun dries your skin, you feel lighter, cleaner, happier, so grateful for this beautiful healing waterfall washing away all the energy that you no longer need. You can stand here in this beautiful sun for as long as you'd like, knowing that you can always return to this place, this healing oasis. You can step under this cleansing waterfall anytime you wish. I invite you to take a few more of those nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. And when you are ready, you can open your eyes and return to the room around you.
