This meditation immerses you in living, cleansing, and nourishing mystical waters. When you're looking to cleanse your energy, to relieve stress, to release trapped energy, to unwind, to restore and recharge as an empath or highly-sensitive, and to open yourself up for divine messages and answers, enter the sacred waters. Energy Cleanse: Sacred Waters

 Welcome home. Welcome home to taking time for yourself. I'm Leila Delia, spiritual writer, wellness educator, and the author of Vibrate Higher Daily, Live Your Power. During this visual meditation, I'll be your guide and companion on a journey into nurturing waters in order to return home deeper within yourself. We're all empathic to some degree or another, and as an empathic being, you absorb a lot of the outside world in your comings and goings and interactions and experiences. This includes your personal life, your work life, and time spent on electronic devices, social media, and the internet. With your consent or not, energy can attach itself to you. We have to have a way to discharge what isn't ours, to wash away what isn't serving us, and to cleanse and renew ourselves at the end of each day or as necessary. If possible, find a quiet resting place. If not entirely possible, use headphones and still away in your mind from wherever you are. This practice is a way to withdraw yourself from the outside world in order to cleanse and enter into a new and higher vibration. Simply close your eyes to exit the world you are in to enter into a new one. So with your eyes closed, take a few intentional, deep, relaxing breaths to call your mind back home and to ground into this nourishing time for yourself. Let's begin. While continuing your relaxed breathing, inhaling, filling your belly, exhaling, releasing. See a beautiful waterfall before you. Its water molecules are charged and energized just for you. It's alive. It's living. How does it sound? Take a few moments to visualize and take it all in. What does the water and its surroundings look like? Now, see yourself standing or sitting under the waterfall, allowing it to shower over you. Let's offer gratitude to the water. Thank you, sacred waters, for drawing us here into your realm of peace, cleansing, and healing. We've come to rest, purify, and recharge in your sacredness. Take a few moments to continue filling gratitude. Now, begin to move into the bigger body of water the waterfall is flowing into. Here, you begin to float. The water is completely carrying you. How does the sacred water feel? Does it feel cool, warm, or hot? Breathe and relax deeper into the water. Life is allowing you this current moment and experience. All is well. There's nowhere else you need to be but here. Allow all tension to dissolve now. Release what isn't yours. Release all energies attached to you. Surrender any emotional weight or vibrational heaviness. Give it all to the water. The water knows best what to do with it. Release. You are safe here. I release self-doubt and fill myself with confidence. I release stress and fill myself with calmness and balance. I release busyness and fill myself with stillness and rest. I fill myself with grace and love. Finish the following I release phrases with whatever shows up for you. I release. I release. I release. Now that you're lighter, take a reflective pause here. What are you not hearing or receiving in your waking life? The water is encoded with messages just for you. Allow the answers to speak to you here in the water.
