Energy Reset And Clearing

Hello, I'm Jessi Galvin. Welcome to this clearing and re-centering guided meditation. Take a few moments to get really comfortable in your physical body. And when you're ready, close your eyes. Begin by taking one deep breath in through your nose. And sighing the breath out through your mouth. Welcoming a softness as you exhale. Gently become aware of your breath's natural rhythm and flow. You could place one hand over your belly, one hand over your chest. And tune in to the rise and fall of the hands. As the breath flows gently in and out in its own rhythm. You may like to focus on the space of your upper lip. Noticing the warmth of your exhale. And the coolness of your inhale. As you breathe in and out through your nose. Take a few moments to connect to your breath in whichever way feels aligned. Seeing if you can be fully present to experience one inhalation. And one exhalation in your body. As you connect to your breath in this way. Just notice what happens inside you. As you focus your attention and your awareness onto the breath. Now gently shift your awareness to the soles of your feet. Noticing any textures, sensations. Sensing the energy of the feet as they meet the energy of the earth underneath you. Taking a few moments to be fully present with this sensation and experience now. Now bring your awareness to your sitting bones. Sensing the support underneath you. As you allow yourself to be fully present. Allow yourself to be held here. Notice any tension, any sensations in your physical body. And sense how it feels to be fully held in this experience. Now bring your awareness to the very top of your head. Becoming aware of a subtle energy that sits just above the crown of your head. We invite an openness here. As we call into awareness your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance to come and be with us now. From this place of openness and presence we invite a clear white light. To enter your energy field from this space just above the crown of your head. To travel down the body. Clearing any energies that do not belong to you. Every single place this light touches is instantaneously transformed into the highest vibration of love. You feel this light move all the way down to the soles of your feet. It travels back up the body. Continuing to clear. And reset your energy field now. As you sense this clearing coming to completion. Bring your awareness to your heart. Take a few deep and slow breaths. Connecting to your heart center. Sensing your own energy field. Clear and charged here now. We reset the frequency. By calling into awareness the highest expansion available to you in this moment now. As we attune the frequency to one of love. Continue to take a few slow breaths here. As you feel these energies settle within your body. Know that you are sealed and protected. You can allow this beautiful light to shine from within you. In every interaction as you continue through your day. Take another deep breath in through the nose. Take another deep breath in through the nose. And out through the mouth.
