Welcome to this meditation. My name is Kinga. Let me invite you to take this time to connect to the boundless energy of oneness that flows through everything and everyone. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs completely. As you exhale, gently let your walls down. Imagine the barriers you've built, mental, emotional, energetic, softly crumbling. Feel the weight of defenses melting away, leaving you open and free. Embrace vulnerability as your strength, as your gateway to connection. Breathe in deeply again. And as you exhale, expand your energy beyond your body. Feel your energy radiating out, filling the room. With the next breath, let it stretch past your home, your neighborhood. Another breath, and it spans your city, your country, your continent. Feel your energy extending further, until it encompasses the entire Earth. Then outward to the stars and galaxies. With each exhale, sense yourself becoming limitless, dissolving into the infinite universe. Notice the truth, you are not in your body. Your body is in you. You are the vast, expansive consciousness holding it all. Let's go deeper. Feel the rhythm of your breath connecting you to life itself. Visualize the Earth beneath you. See its forests, oceans, mountains and cities. Feel the pulse of life in every living thing. Plants, animals and people. With your heart wide open, sense their energy merging with yours. Bring your awareness to humanity. Picture a web of light connecting you to every person. Each strand carries love, understanding and shared experiences. See differences fading away, replaced by the recognition of our shared essence. Whisper silently to yourself. I am them. They are me. Imagine the stars and galaxies above. The infinite universe pulsating with the life. Feel your energy blending with this cosmic dance. Sense that you are not a separate drop in the ocean. You are the ocean. The universe is experiencing itself through you. You are the universe experiencing itself. As you rest in this boundless awareness, repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.
