Learning To Trust

 Hi, this is Linda Lang from ThoughtChange. Thank you for joining me to connect more deeply to the energy of trust. In this meditation, we will explore the energy of trust within you. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position and when you're ready, close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. Allow the outside world to fade away, bringing your attention to the present moment. Begin by going inside yourself, deep within your heart. As you do, start to connect with the feeling of trust. Think of a person, place, or thing that represents trust for you. It could be the trust you have in your friends, your family, your work, your talents, your health, or any other aspect of your life. Feel the energy of trust surrounding you. Notice the signs of trust within your being. Feel a sense of safety and security enveloping you. Sense love and joy emanating from the core of your being. Experience your inner strength, knowing that you are supported. Feel the ability to move forward and manifest your desires. Notice all the times you have embraced courage to navigate through life's journey. Allow yourself to be open and vulnerable, yet with a profound sense of being okay. Tapping into your strength and resilience, take a few moments to let the feeling and energy of trust grow within you. Let the energy of trust expand and fill your inner space. As trust becomes more palpable within you, begin to remove the reasons, conditions, circumstances, and beliefs that can pull you away from trust. Now begin to remove the reasons, conditions, circumstances, and beliefs associated with trust. Strip away the I-trust because, until all that remains is the pure, unconditional energy of trust. As you do this, notice how the energy of trust transforms. It becomes a force within you, independent of external reasons or conditions. Feel the pure essence of trust, free from any attachments or dependency. Allow this pure feeling of trust to grow naturally. It may expand in intensity or depth, or it may remain as a pure and serene place within your heart. There is no need to judge your experience. Simply be present with the energy of trust. If you find it challenging to remove all the because conditions, that's okay. Simply acknowledging the existence of an energy independent of the because is a success in itself. Trust the process and know that with practice, your experience of trust will deepen and become more open and available to you. Now, take a moment to sit with this pure feeling of trust. Let it fill you completely, from head to toe. If it grows beyond you, allow it to expand into something even greater. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Open your eyes, and as you do, invite the energy of trust to travel with you throughout your day. Remember that you have the power to connect with this energy at any time. Trust yourself, trust the process of life, and trust in the unfolding of the journey ahead.
