Now see if you can make yourself just 10% more comfortable. Now that you have found your restful posture, bring your awareness to your breath. Allow your breath to be natural, gently noticing inflow and outflow, temperature and texture. As you breathe, you may focus on the feeling of air filling your lungs. Notice the ground beneath you supporting your physical body. Acknowledge the connection you share with the earth, recognizing that you are an integral part of the vast universe. Now visualize yourself standing before a vast expanse of shimmering, swirling energy. This represents the quantum realm, a sea of pure potentiality.
