Take a few deep breaths and as you relax, you find yourself in your very own sacred garden. Here you are safe and secure and can relax in the comfortable seat in your garden. It's a beautiful day and the sun is shining. You feel the warmth of the sun on your face and filling every part of your being and look around your beautiful garden. And as you breathe in, you breathe in the life force of the plants and with each breath you take, you feel your heart expanding and opening to love. In your garden is a beautiful pink rose. You feel drawn towards the rose, it seems to be glowing and sparkling. The rose has many buds and flowers, the roses are very beautiful, it's as if they are glowing and sparkling. You feel compelled to walk across the soft grass to the rose bed and breathe in the magical fragrance of the roses and you are breathing in the life energy of the rose into your heart. And the diva of the rose and the rose quartz crystal are taking you on a magical journey. You are completely encompassed with this beautiful pink energy, the ray of love and you realise you are being held in the wings of a magnificent angel. The angel of love and you feel as if you are laying on a cloud, soft and comfortable, safe and secure, those soft wings wrapped around you.
