A deep, relaxing guided healing visualization, gently led by Naomi Goodlet, to cleanse your seven chakras, as well as your earth star chakra. Settle down for a 14 minute energy healing to activate your light body and focus on aligning your energy centers.

Full Body Chakra Cleanse

 Breathing deeply and relaxing your body. Settling down comfortably into your space. Setting your intention to heal, align, open and restore all of your chakras. To activate your light body. Breathing and relaxing down deeper. Now visualizing that you're walking through a beautiful forest surrounded by tall trees. And there's not much light inside the forest but as you walk you notice some light up ahead. And as you walk towards this patch of light, you notice some light up ahead. And as you walk towards this patch of light, you see a clearing. When you reach the clearing, walking into the center of it. And when you reach the very center of this grassy clearing, looking down at the earth beneath you. Seeing your feet planted firmly on the ground. And noticing a glowing light coming from just underneath the earth's surface. This is your earth star chakra. The chakra that connects you with the earth keeps you grounded and safe and anchored in your physical body. See this light expanding, glowing bright, feeling your earth star chakra opening, activating and emanating its light. And as that light expands, it creates a pillar of light all around you. Shooting up high into the sky like a tower. And even though this tower is made from light, you are able to ascend it. Here at the bottom of the tower, you begin to see a red, glowing light. That is your base chakra. Feeling your base chakra located at the base of your spine, growing, glowing, opening up. Filling the bottom of the tower with a vibrant red energy. Awakening your sense of security, safety and helping you to find practical solutions as that red light fills the space at the bottom of the tower. Moving upward now, next to seeing an orange glowing light emerging and growing. As you move slowly up the tower and feeling this vibrant orange light connecting to your own sacral chakra located just below your belly button. As that light grows, feeling your chakra open, restore and activate fully, filling you with a sense of purpose and passion. Moving up once again now, and next seeing a beautiful bright yellow light growing, expanding, filling up the space as you move up the tower. Allowing that golden yellow light to connect with your own solar plexus chakra located just under the base of your ribs. And as this energy grows, feeling your solar plexus fully open and awake, restoring your sense of confidence and self-belief. As you travel up the tower, arriving at the heart chakra, seeing a beautiful bright green light glowing, growing, expanding to fill up this space. Opening and activating your heart chakra, filling you with love, forgiveness, compassion and kindness. Traveling upwards once more, and next seeing a vibrant blue light. This is your throat chakra, and as this blue light grows, your throat chakra expands, opens, fully activates and engages. Filling you with creativity, the power to express yourself and the strength to communicate the truth that's inside of you. Moving up the tower once more, and seeing a beautiful deep purple light. This light grows and fills up the space as your third eye chakra in between your eyebrows opens and is cleansed and activated. So that you may clearly connect to your intuitive wisdom and your practical solutions. Reaching the top of the tower now, seeing this space filled with bright white light. This light opens, charges and activates your crown chakra at the top of your head. This chakra is your gateway to the cosmos, your connection to the universe, your divine channel to receive cosmic wisdom. This is where you access universal love, and this is where every single one of us is connected to the divine source above. Glancing back down over your tower, seeing all of those chakras with their vibrant bright colours. Breathing deeply, feeling your chakras as they operate fully, as they open, as they function at their optimum. Helping your energy to remain clear and free, and connecting you both to the universe and to the earth below. Feeling yourself grounding back into your physical body now, using your breath. Breathing your body awake, feeling the surface underneath you, making some gentle movements in your body. Opening your eyes and returning to your day with your chakras clear and open.
