Gemini New Moon Ritual Meditation

Hi friend and welcome to the new moon in Gemini ritual meditation. This new moon is a good time to plant seeds, set intentions as this marks a whole new beginning in our sky and with it being in the sign of Gemini we'll be called to set intentions around our mind, our mental activity, our social life including our friends and community and see what new beginning could grow from there. Gemini is the sign of the twins so it shows us that there are two sides to each of us yin and yang the divine masculine and divine feminine. To begin let's get settled in your comfortable meditation position seated wherever you are with the spine long firmly rooting the feet into the ground placing the hands gently on your lap palms facing up gently close the eyes if you haven't yet and take a deep breath in and a deep breath out just taking a moment to connect to this space under the night of the new moon taking a moment for yourself to tap into this lunar energy that can propel us forward on our path begin to connect with your breath just feeling each exhale root you further into your seat grounding you from the often scattered energy of Gemini and to embody this duality within us let's begin by gathering all of your awareness at your left palm begin to receive the energy of the pale white moonlight through your left palm and inhale at your left palm bringing the breath all the way up your arm to the bridge of your heart exhale feel the breath exit your heart and release from the right palm as you breathe out of your right palm see a bold golden light shining out of it we'll take another round of that breath inhale through your left palm up into the heart exhale out your right palm letting any imbalances in the heart go reaching a place of complete awareness of your duality both your yin and yang can exist at the exact same time can exist at the exact same time continue to breathe in the yin moonlit energy through your left palm and breathe out the yang sunlit energy out of your right palm take a few more cycles of this breath on your own gently return to your natural rhythm of breath just feeling the equal weight between both sides of your body and as you settle into your soul notice the parts of you that tend to rush through life impatiently waiting for the next distraction Gemini is a mutable air sign that is quick-witted and thinks fast release the urge to rush and slow down your thoughts it is okay to have a lot of thoughts rushing through you but it's important to take time to parse through the ones that matter the ones that have the key to inspiration and wisdom the moon encourages us to move through our thoughts with intention begin to allow your mind to open as you reflect on these open questions there's no right or wrong answer just sit with the words of the question as the moon and source energy is channeled to you what is your relationship to your mind do you have difficulty accepting your mind how do you welcome support from friends in your community have you considered the role they play in achieving your goals this Gemini new moon supports your intentions and goals with a lightning-like quality there will be supportive energy to pace the momentum of these goals in the next six months take a moment to imagine your ideal way of engaging with your community how do you interact with them what do you feel when you can connect and exchange ideas so fluidly set an intention around this feeling of expansive exchange and how it will power your ultimate manifestations remember this is an exceptionally potent new moon don't play small with what you'll manifest push your imagination to the limits new moon don't play small with what you'll manifest push yourself to your upper bounds let yourself live this dream let's breathe life to these manifestations inhale your most expansive manifestation exhale any fears that have gripped it back inhale loving connection exhale self-doubt inhale your soul community exhale the relationships that drain your energy breathe in and out anything else you need or anything you need to release let it all sit with your soul begin to picture the darkness of the night sky as you look up at the sky although the moon isn't visible, you know she is there just hovering in plain sight feel her presence and ask the new moon to materialize your intention open yourself up to how this may show up and when see a white cleansing light emerge from the dark sky and immerse fully in the new moon as she beams down over your entire being renewing your mind and opening your heart to community removing any blockages from your full expressed potential receive any sensations that arise with pure openness radiate gratitude to the moon for her renewing powers that help you realize your highest purpose to initiate a cycle of rebirth and a new beginning just take a moment to meditate just take a moment to dedicate your meditation to the moon even as her light dwindles continue to honor her spiritual omnipresence consciously deepen awareness to the breath connect with where your body meets the support beneath you as you breathe deeper and gently awaken open your eyes and journal on any insight you received or continue on with the rest of your new moon ritual Thank you so much for joining me.
