Welcome to another Guided Crystal Meditation with Ivy+Light. It’s a pleasure to have you join me today as we focus on 3 powerful ways to attract more abundance into your life. For the next few minutes, we will focus on those powerful concepts of GRATITUDE, OPENNESS, and CLARITY. As we begin, place an Abundance crystal, such as Aventurine, in your non-dominant hand. This will allow its energy to flow easily into your body and throughout your aura.

Green Aventurine Crystal Practice For Attracting Abundance

 Welcome to another guided crystal meditation with Ivy and Light. It is a pleasure to have you join me today as we focus on abundance. There are three powerful ways to attract more abundance into your life and for the next few minutes we will focus on those powerful concepts of gratitude, openness, and clarity. Before we begin, go ahead and get comfortable in your favorite calm and quiet space. If you have an abundance crystal such as Green Aventurine, place your crystal in your non-dominant hand. This will allow its energy to flow easily into your body and throughout your aura as we meditate together. Once you're settled in, gently close your eyes and let's start our practice today with three deep cleansing breaths. Breathing in love. Breathing out fear. Breathing in joy. Breathing out tension. Breathing in abundance. And breathing out all resistance. Now turn your inner attention to your Aventurine crystal resting peacefully in the palm of your hand. The lovely green hue is a beautiful reminder of the abundance of our natural world, full of life, full of plants and animals waking up each morning and enjoying the sunshine and enjoying the rain. All the natural rhythms of our earth. You are a special part of this natural balance. You occupy a unique space within this universe and your experience affects the greater whole. Today I want you to imagine yourself right in the midst of all of it. Walking down a little path into the woods. You're strolling past ferns. Stepping over mossy stones. Hearing the sweet sounds of the chirping birds. As you stroll down this path, you notice the distant murmur of rushing water. You're getting closer and closer until just around the bend, you come suddenly upon a beautiful waterfall. Way up high are the cliffs pouring down water and ribbons that catch the light and shimmer in dazzling rainbows. So much water is tumbling over rocks and leaping into the pool at the base of the cliff. What a beautiful sight. What a beautiful sound. You're in awe at the abundance of water. At the lusciousness of the plants surrounding the pool. The happiness of butterflies floating above the wild flowers at the edge of your vision. Slowly you walk across the stones to the rippling pool. You sit down and you take off your hiking shoes so you can stick your feet in the water. It's a little cold but very refreshing. Now this is a place you could stay forever. This is the feeling of abundance. This is what you will bring back with you and then fuse into your life. Now how will we bring this abundance home with us? Luckily we have three simple ways to store up this abundance and keep it with us for another day. First let us focus on gratitude. Together we'll spend a few moments each with our feet still dangling in the cooling water and make a mental list of everything we have to be grateful for. Let's spend a few moments creating this list. Rattling off the easy things first and then digging deeper and deeper to create a truly full list of gratitude. No need for a sheet of paper. You're going to write each piece of gratitude onto your heart so that its positive energy can flow throughout your entire body. Let's spend a few moments quietly creating this list. Now that you have your mental gratitude list stored away in your heart, let's move on to your heart. Let us turn to the concept of openness. Abundance flows naturally. It looks for openings and comes right in. You can open your heart today to receive more abundance. Together let's repeat an opening affirmation. I will say it once and then I'll repeat it with you. I am worthy of love, joy, and abundance. My heart is open. I receive in gratitude. Let's say that together. I am worthy of love, joy, and abundance. My heart is open and I receive in gratitude. And one more time. I am worthy of love, joy, and abundance. My heart is open and I receive in gratitude. Now that you are fully open to receive, it's time to gain clarity on the abundance that you desire for your life. What does abundance mean for you? How do you desire to feel? Where do you want to go in life? And who is with you on this journey? Let's take some time to paint that full picture in your mind just as clearly as that waterfall we created together. Take a few moments to create your mental masterpiece. And now a decentralized painting. What a beautiful picture you've created. This image of abundance is unique to you. It is your life. It is your joy. It is full of your love. Hold this image close to your heart. Allow its energy to flow throughout your body. Embrace this abundance energy with gratitude. This is the energy you will carry throughout your day. This energy you have instilled in words of gratitude and images of abundance. Remember, you can always return to this meditation, to this waterfall, to this energy anytime you need a refresh. This energy is available to you always. And now with this confidence in your ability to maintain this abundance vibration, it is time to start your day. To bring that energy into all the moments of your life. Allow your waterfall and your forest to fade away. You find yourself back in your favorite peaceful space with your healing crystal. Thank your crystal for helping you on this journey. Your crystal has also absorbed this abundance energy and will store it for you so that you can access it whenever you need. Take one deep breath in and one long breath out. And open your eyes.
