Grounding Through The Chakras

okay welcome today to this gentle grounding meditation and we'll just invite you here to just settle in take a deep seat get as comfortable as possible comfort is queen allow yourself to do just a trust fall wherever you may be on your cushion or chair or floor and just allow yourself to just take a really deep seat as you take some deep cleansing breaths just coming into your body deep breath in through your nose out through your mouth as we ground here we can feel our grounding cord secure around our hips maybe even up a little bit higher to give us a sense of holding and safety and security and it's a tree trunk like image secure around our hips and goes down through our central channel through our legs through the soles of our feet and just continue breathing here as your roots descend as you breathe through the floorboards of your home and the foundation and the bedrock and all the layers of the earth and as the roots descend far and wide like the roots of a tree we can feel everything start to slow down even in our system and take some deep breaths cleansing breaths in on the in-breath we're going to do a let on the out-breath go just take a few rounds of breaths of that like that on the in-breath let out-breath go just allowing anything just like the leaves of the tree would just effortlessly fall away and breeze or the wind allow anything not serving you to just float away like that and go right down your grounding cord one more let go breath on the in-breath let out-breath go and as the roots continue to descend through all the layers of the earth through the dirt and the rock topsoil and mud and water and crystalline grid and magma they descend far and wide to the center of the planet and they wrap around the core of the planet anchoring us here to the earth and we can feel our breath and our bodies and our system slowing and syncopating with the heartbeat of the earth mother which is slow you know we're so used to things being a little things being a little fast paced sometimes chaotic on the on the surface of the ground beneath we can always connect back to our core to our center to our roots and just allow that prana that fresh clear clean energy earth mother energy to come up our roots and purify and cleanse our central channel so just allow that as we sit here and we can feel the earth mother's love holding and protection coming up through our root chakra which is at our sit bones allow that to just illuminate that beautiful ruby red color maybe even rock on your cushion or in your chair as we feel that energy illuminate that beautiful power center there coming all the way up our central channel our sacral pelvic bowl area beautiful orange color and up into our solar plexus just above our navel even put our hands there allow that beautiful earth mother energy to come right up grounding us holding us here syncopating our breath deep breath in of let allowing anything not serving you to go down your grounding cord just allow your head to slightly lean back to the beautiful waterfall of grace coming in at the top of your crown top of your head beautiful it's like a funnel just comes in at just the right amount and cleanses your third eye which is right between your brow area just allow that to cleanse maybe even picture taking soapy water and washing the windows if it went all the way around your head it cleansing any conversations of the day or work or emails or just maybe even looping thoughts whatever it may be allow that to just be cleansed and purified by that beautiful waterfall of grace down into our throat chakra beautiful blue color allowing for that divine speaking and listening leaning back into the waterfall of grace allowing it to purify her throat chakra here and just let your shoulders fall kind of gently pull them back opening up your heart center beautiful emerald green allowing that waterfall to just cleanse and purify your heart anything here that might have a little bit of weight on the chest maybe things were holding or maybe even some things are subconscious sadness or grief that's been holding here allow that to just fall away like the leaves of the tree deep breath in let go on the out-breath allowing that waterfall of grace to alchemize and swirl with the earth mother energy here taking with it anything not serving us right down our grounding cord deep breath in again let out-breath go one more breath like that let out and we can just come back to ourself at any time we can just come back to ourself at any time remembering we're still held by the earth mother below and the divine or the universe above may we be held may we know how protected and held we are and may we each continue to walk in the love and the light of what we're here to do here on the earth and i thank you here i thank you for joining me here and hope you have a good rest of your day namaste
