Guided Visualization: Stress Relief For Inner Peace

Hello and welcome back to this guided meditation. My name is Laura Plahuta and I'm going to be guiding you through a stress release meditation today. And the intention of this meditation is to support you in managing stress and promoting relaxation. Inviting you to find a quiet place, if you haven't already. To either sit or lay down, wherever you feel most comfortable. Just really listening to your body with what it means right now in this moment. Taking a moment to tune in to your body, to your breath, to your mind. Taking note of how you're feeling in this moment. Just acknowledging it. And grace with yourself. Gently beginning to close your eyes down. Begin taking some nice, slow, deep breaths. Inhaling through your nose. And exhaling through your mouth. Feeling the air moving in and out. And exhaling, leaving through your mouth. Taking a few rounds of breath at your own pace. Just letting it all go, feeling your body relaxing. Imagining a peaceful place. Maybe it's a beach, a forest, or a mountain. Picturing yourself there. Surrounded by the natural beauty and tranquility. As you breathe in, imagine you're inhaling calm and peace. And as you exhale, imagine you're releasing any stress and tension that you're holding. Inhaling that beautiful, calm, peaceful energy. And exhaling any stress and tension from your body. Focusing on your breath and the sensations in your body. If your mind wanders off, just gently bringing it back to your breath. Back to your peaceful place. Continuing this practice. Imagining yourself in this peaceful place. Inhaling. Exhaling. Imagining you're releasing any stress and any tension. Feeling your body down to the earth. Shedding any weight or heaviness. Letting it go with ease. Offering it up to the earth. Breathing in that beautiful, calm, peaceful energy. Continuing this for five more rounds of breath at your own pace.
