Happy Sleepy Time - With Ba Ba Chicken

Hello, my name is Baa Baa Chicken, and I'm here to welcome you to bed. Sometimes when I go to bed, I get a little frightened, so my mom will put on a meditation. So I told her, I'm going to make a meditation for all my friends and for people that I don't know that might be afraid. So I hope this meditation helps you, because meditations help me all the time when I'm a little scared, or when I first lay down in bed. And sometimes mom or dad or grandma or whoever it is, might shut the light off and I get scared. So I invite you to, I just learned that word, I invite you to lay in your bed and get all your favorite stuffies and lay down. And I learned another new word, and it's called an affirmation. And it's a positive thing that when you listen to it, when you go to bed, it helps you. So I hope to do two things. One, help you if you're feeling a little bit scared, because I don't really love the dark, I'm going to be honest. And two, help you with the new word I learned, affirmation. And it's a positive thing when you go to bed, you can think of that. So if you can, get your stuffed animals and get nice and comfy. And then another thing that I learned when I listened to meditations is they teach you to do some breathing before. So get nice and comfortable. Close your pretty eyes. That's what my mom says to me. I do have pretty eyes. And close your pretty eyes and take a nice deep breath in. I have a little beak, so I got to take a nice big breath and then I blow it out. Whew. Yeah, do that a few times. And then just settle in, get yourself cozy. I like to like fluff up my feathers a little bit. So get nice and cozy. Take another deep breath. And then let that out. And you can feel yourself starting to get a little bit sleepy. So I invite you to just close your eyes and listen to the affirmations. The first one is, you are more than enough. In fact, I think you're amazing. You are more than enough. In fact, I think you're amazing. I like that one. You leave a lasting impression on everyone you meet. Thanks for being so remarkable. It's kind of true. Like when I go to school, people tell me that. So I bet that's true of you too. That's a big word, remarkable. I had to read it slow. Thanks for being there for me. I appreciate you and I think you're awesome. I bet you're a good friend. Because you seem pretty awesome. Never forget, not even for one second, how awesome you are. That's true. Sometimes we forget. But don't even, don't let that happen. Not even one second. My mom says this one to me a lot. I'm gonna, I'm gonna say it to you. I am so grateful that you exist. The world would be so much darker without the light of you. That's so true. We have to remember, we're all like these big, bright lights. I just wanted you to know that I appreciate you and I think you're amazing. There's just one word to truly describe you. Awesome. You know what I like too? When mom goes, awesome sauce. And I was like, is that like sweet and sour? And then she's like, no, that's you, silly. You make an amazing difference in more ways than you know. That's so true. There's so many ways, right? That were so cool. You use your talents and skills to make an incredible difference that matters. You have so many skills. I see you. You do so many awesome things. I admire your strength and I think you are amazing for doing what you do each and every day. And I don't just mean your muscles. You're pretty strong in every way. You are so kind and thoughtful. Thanks for being awesome. You really are kind. I see you. Some people make a difference. Few people make a huge impact. Thanks for being part of the select few. I like that one. If there were more people like you, the world would be a whole lot brighter. That's so true. You're like sunshine. And I'm gonna whisper some of these because you might be getting sleepy like me, so I'm gonna whisper. I'm inspired by your strength and your ability to overcome setbacks. You are awesome.
