Healing Pool Meditation

 Welcome, friend. Take a moment now to get comfortable. We're going to go on a little journey. Start by taking a few nice, slow, deep breaths, allowing your body to soften and your mind and heart to open. Close your eyes and breathe for a moment now. I want you to visualize yourself standing at the edge of a forest. This is a beautiful, lush forest and you can feel the grass and the dirt under your feet. You can smell the pine in the air. Listen to the birds and the trees and feel the dappled sunlight on your face. You are here in this sacred, magical forest and you walk slowly along this little pathway that winds through the trees. Everything around you is green and alive. Breathtakingly beautiful colors. You see wildflowers along the way. You feel completely at peace, grounded, safe, calm. You walk a little ways further through the forest until you come upon a clearing. This beautiful meadow stretches out in front of you. You start walking through the grass, these tall, golden grasses come all the way up to your waist. You can hear the gentle sound of the grasses as they dance in the breeze. You allow your hand to gently run through the grass, feeling it tickle your palm and fingers. You feel a little bit of that sun on your face, warm and bright. After a minute or two, you come upon this pool nestled here in the middle of this meadow. You notice the water, vibrant, turquoise blue at the surface, perfectly still and calm, reflecting the sky. This pool is surrounded by little rocks and grasses hidden here in this magical meadow. You walk up to the very edge of this pool, this little pond. There is nobody else around. It's perfectly quiet. Just you, the feeling of the dirt under your toes, the air on your skin, the sound of the birds nearby. And you know, deep in your heart, you were meant to come here today. But this pool, this water has healing powers. It's like this entire meadow, this forest, this place is filled with divine energy. And you feel completely calm and ready to receive this healing. You slowly strip off your clothes and place them on a nearby rock and start to gently enter the water. Feeling your feet in the water. The perfect temperature. Feeling that water up your ankles and calves, up to your knees and thighs and hips. Wading into this pool, water up to your waist and chest and shoulders. As soon as you were in the water, you feel relaxed. You find a little ledge on the inside of the pool where you can rest and soak in this beautiful, magical water. Feeling that tranquility flow through you. As you soak in this pool, you feel everything just melt away. Everything that you've worried about or stressed about. All of your fears dissolving into this water. It's like this water is reaching deep into every cell of your body. Detoxifying, revitalizing, restoring you to perfect health. The longer you sit and soak in this magical healing pool, the lighter and brighter you feel. See if you can feel that healing energy now circulating through your body, your brain. As all of your limiting beliefs are washed away, as any energy is washed away that doesn't belong to you or doesn't serve your highest good, release it into the water now. Relax here in this healing water for another moment, soaking up this energy, this vitality, this strength, serenity. Breathing deeply and slowly, accepting this healing. When you are ready, then slowly make your way out of the pool, walking out of the water and back onto the dry land, feeling that warm sun on your skin, the air, the fresh air. You find a nice big rock, lay on for a moment to dry off. It's so warm and relaxing, and you feel light and refreshed and joyful, soaking up the sunlight, listening to the birds and the breeze through the grasses of the meadow. After you're nice and warm and dry, you put all your clothes back on. You make your way back with this little trail through the meadow, feeling the dirt under your toes, feeling the grasses tickling your arms. You enter the forest once more, feeling renewed, like all the colors are brighter. This sounds more beautiful, feeling grounded, connected, safe, embodied, making your way through the forest, coming back into the present moment, back into your body. Start wiggling your fingers and toes, taking those nice, slow, deep breaths. When you're ready, you can open your eyes, taking this healing energy with you the rest of the day or night, knowing that you can return to this healing pool, this magical forest and meadow any time that you wish.
