In this live session, we explore how lower frequencies such as fear, shame and sadness are not obstacles, but gateways to healing and inner freedom. Through a grounded talk from a Higher Consciousness perspective, you’ll learn how these emotions reflect what is ready to be released within you.

From there, we open a safe and compassionate space where nothing needs to be suppressed, only witnessed, felt and transmuted. You will be guided in deep release, and you learn how to do this on your own, so you become more free and light, as you move through life.
