Transform heavy emotions into healing energy by connecting to Source and releasing blocks to your divine self.

English

Emotions that feel heavy, slow or uncomfortable are often misunderstood; yet they carry vital information. In this live session, we explore how lower frequencies such as fear, shame and sadness are not obstacles, but gateways to healing and inner freedom. Through a grounded talk from a Higher Consciousness perspective, you’ll learn how these emotions reflect what is ready to be released within you.
From there, we open a safe and compassionate space where nothing needs to be suppressed, only witnessed, felt and transmuted. You will be guided in deep release, and you learn how to do this on your own, so you become more free and light, as you move through life.
This recording is the replay of a live session, so you can return to it whenever you feel called.
If you’d like to continue this journey, you’re welcome to join the courses on this topic and experience deeper reprogramming and reconnection with your true Essence.
With gratitude to Frits Evelein for the music.
