By popular request, this is my heart coherence meditation without music or background. Heart coherence is a powerful technique for shifting into a state of joy, abundance, and resilience. It can bring the heart and mind energies into sync, elevate your mood, and help you manifest what you desire. 

A simple, feel-good practice that is best done regularly, for optimal results.

Heart Coherence Meditation- Voice Only

 Welcome. This is a short heart coherence meditation. You can do this meditation sitting or lying down, so find a position that's comfortable for you. We'll begin by closing our eyes and taking a few nice deep breaths. Bring your attention to your heart center. See if you can sense the energy of your heart space. Simply rest your attention here in the heart for a few moments now. Next, begin to breathe in and out of your heart center, imagining the breath coming into the heart into the chest, expanding with each inhale as if your heart itself were doing the breathing. See the energy here expanding and contracting, moving with each breath. Keep your attention here, breathing in and out of the heart center. And if your mind wanders, that's okay. Simply bring it back to the breath, bring it back to the heart. Now, as you continue breathing in and out of your heart center, it is time to bring up an elevated emotion. This can be joy, gratitude, love, connection, any of these high vibration, elevated emotional states. You can think of a happy memory to help you do this. Whatever you can think of that makes your heart swell or makes you smile, bring that to mind now and really feel these feelings in your body. Remember that you are creating this elevated state of being just with thought alone. Rest here in this place of elevated emotion for the next few minutes. Keep bringing your awareness back to this elevated state of being, continuing to take those nice deep breaths in and out of the heart center. Now, pair this elevated state of being with a clear intention of what you wish to manifest. See yourself living and being exactly what you want, having what you want, feeling the way that you want. Visualize your desired outcome in as much detail as you can. Really feel in your body what this future will feel like, how it will feel to be happy, healthy, thriving. Allow this energy of your desired future to expand through your whole body. Take a few more moments here to breathe in the energy, the feeling of your desired future and slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes. Open your eyes and come back in to a new body, a new reality, a new present moment.
