Heart-Focused Breathing: Calm Your Mind & Find Clarity

First close your eyes, put a hand on your heart and take three deep breaths now in your own speed. Just arrive in this moment now in your body. Breathing deeply and then let your breath continue to flow naturally just as it once. Notice your heart beating now under your hand. Maybe you can feel some warmth and shift your attention now from your mind to your heart area. And with each in and out breath now imagine that you are breathing in and out through your heart space. You're pulling all the energy around you into your heart and you breathe it out through your heart space. You imagine that your heart has nostrils and that you're breathing in and out now through your heart. And you notice with each breath how you're connecting more with your heart. Your heart that lets you dream without limitations of all the possibilities. And you feel your attention shift towards your heart. And your whole chest area now expands with each breath in and out. Just continue to do so until you feel like you fully arrived in your heart.
