How To Find & Resonate With Your People

Welcome to this meditation for connecting with your people, your tribe, your ideal clients who resonate with your essence and worldview. I'm Sarasinac Roche and I'll be your guide today. Find a comfortable position, whether that's seated or lying down, and now gently close your eyes if that feels safe. And now let's bring our awareness to the senses. Notice the sounds around you, the sensations on your skin and the support of the surface beneath you. Feel the force of gravity grounding you, connecting you to this world, beginning to settle in and relax your body. As you bring all of your awareness right into the center of you, focusing on your breath. And now bring to mind an image, a situation of a moment with your favorite client, one of your people. Whether you already know them or not, imagine them. Think about this relationship and what you appreciate about them. And acknowledge how lucky you feel to work with such beautiful human beings. Take a deep breath. How does it make you feel in your body to have the chance to have such a beautiful client in your ecosystem? Breathe. Who is this client? What do they do for a living? What has been their journey so far? How do they work? With what type of people and in what environment? What is their life's mission? What excites them about their work? And besides work, what is important to them in their life? Where do they live? What is their personal situation? What are their challenges in their overall life? What do they need? And what are the opportunities of collaborating with you? Of buying your products and services? Why ultimately would they choose to work with you? Breathe. Take a deep breath in. And a deep breath out. And feel the resonance between you and your ideal client. All you need for this resonance to happen is to bring more of you to your marketing, to your communications. Take a moment to rest in this knowing. And just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal sanctuary. A place where you go to be connected with your inner self and via resonance also with your people. May you feel a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you. And now bring your awareness to your breath. Just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever. And when you're ready, gently open your eyes and return to the present moment, carrying with you this deep inner knowing that your people are out there waiting for you to show up in their life.
