It shows you how to make decisions that are aligned with your purpose, and how you are meant to work with the energy of others your centers show you how you either take in energy (undefined/open center) or consistently access it within you (defined/closed center). This special meditation takes you through a journey of all 9 energy centers in your design to tap into the unique frequency of each of your centers, what function they serve, and how to truly embody the gift of that center.

Human Design Energy Centers Scan & Embodiment Meditation

Hi friends and welcome to this super special meditation I've created to tap into the embodiment of your human design energy centers. So if you don't know too much about human design, check the show notes to learn a little bit more about what it is, but this meditation will take you through each of the energy centers so that you can connect to its power and meaning. Before we get started with this meditation, it might be helpful to have your human design chart nearby. You can use websites like mybodygraph.com and just identify which centers you have that are undefined or open and which ones are defined and closed. Having a sense of which of your centers are open or closed will really deepen your meditation practice. So once you're ready to begin, just simply arrive in a nice comfortable meditative seat. Close down the eyes, drop into the breath, releasing the day before you and surrendering the mind to drop fully into the body. We'll start by connecting with our breath. So inhale through the nose for four, three, two, one. Exhale out the mouth for four, three, two, one. We'll take that again. Inhale through the nose for four, three, two, one. And exhale out the mouth for four, three, two, one. Take a few more rounds of this four count breath on your own. On your next exhale, bring the breath down to your spine, all the way to the space where your tailbone ends. Continue breathing here. This is your root center, located at the very end of the spine between the rectum and the sex organs. Breathe into this fixed point that anchors your entire body, that grounds you. Now feel the life fuel and pressure in this energy center. Notice if you feel the energy of drive and ambition flow naturally from here, or if you tend to take on external stress as your own. As you breathe and settle the root center, feel an innate sense of joy by being still, grounding you into this anchor for life. Following the channel from the root up to the sacral center, bring your breath two inches below the navel, the area surrounding your sacrum. Feel the sensation of your life force, the power of reproduction and generativity. Notice if this drive to work and accomplish is consistently fueled from within, or if you absorb productivity through surrounding energy. Continue to breathe awareness into the sacral center. See vital energy swirling through the front and back of this space. From the sacral center, bring your breath over to the lower left side of your abdomen, the splenic center. Breathing into your splenic center, observing your natural capacity for instinct, intuition, and survival. Notice any fears that exist in this space. Begin to reframe these fears as information to note, then move past. Ask yourself, are these fears my own or others? You have the authority to act on these fears, not let these fears act on you. Breathe with your splenic center, becoming more aware of your existence, trusting that it knows to guide you to survive and thrive. Guide your breath back to your sacral center, and now breathe into the channels off the right of your sacral center, over to the lower right side of your abdomen, arriving at the solar plexus center. Collect all of your awareness to the lower right side, just between the ribs and the navel. Imagine all of your moods, feelings, emotions, and desires coursing through this area. Notice if these waves of emotions stem from you or those around you. Feel and reflect. Breathe compassion into your solar plexus as the spirit bounces around, feeling whatever it is it feels. Give yourself the permission to truly free the spirit. From the solar plexus in the lower right abdomen, guide your consciousness to the right side of your chest, traversing up and out of the channel from the solar plexus to the ego center. Rest your awareness on the space between your sternum and the right nipple line. This ego or heart center embodies our willpower, self-worth, and the ability to commit. Notice if you have this intrinsic drive to materialize your goals, or if you need to be surrounded by other auras to commit and follow through. Feel your heart's desires pulsing with each beat, feeling the drive to push forward in life. Balance out this sense of ego with a healthy sense of commitment and courage. Rising out of the ego center and landing at the center of the chest, the G center or identity center. Biologically connected to the liver, the seat of our soul lives in this center. Embody the self at a cellular frequency. Feel the center energizing your personal identity, direction, and love. Like an internal compass navigating you to the life, identity, and direction you are supposed to head in. Notice if this sense of purpose and direction is a consistent energy for you to access, or if you find yourself questioning who you are, leaning on your outside world to access that energy. Whichever it is, without judgment, let it be. The center naturally attracts the lessons to realign you to who you are. Feel the magnetism of this center, attracting all love and manifestation. Attuning this energy of identity to an even higher level. Lifting your awareness from the center of your chest up to the center of your throat, arriving at the throat center. Feel the power of your words, the weight and frequency of every action. Observe within your throat center the source energy behind it. Do you know what to say and mean it with confidence? And can you turn your words into actions easily? Or do you struggle to find the words to express yourself? Wishing to be heard, modulating your delivery based on who you are around. Settle into the magnitude of this energetic center, powering your expression and manifestation. Your voice expands beyond just words you speak. Imagine the energy of this center carrying through your writing, text, body language and actions. It is everything that makes you a unique individual. Gently move the awareness from the throat center to the space between the eyebrows. Go about two inches deeper into the space between your eyebrows, meeting at the pituitary gland. This is your ajna or mind center. Keep your focus on the center in the middle of your brain. Bring consciousness to the processing power here, the hub for rationalization and understanding. Reflect on the nature of your mind, whether you are naturally open-minded, experiencing a tidal wave of varying thoughts, experiencing a tidal wave of varying thoughts, or whether you investigate deeply, constantly categorizing the information you receive or have a fixed way of thinking. Is this mental energy pouring out from your mind or open to receiving it? Sit with the power of the mind, filtering higher inspiration into concepts, a whole universe, just from the energy of the mind. Rising out from the center of your mind, channel the awareness directly up to the top of your skull, your crown center. Wrap your consciousness all around the rim of your skull, feeling a halo-like energy rising like a crown out of your head center. This is your head center or crown center, the throne of inspiration. Breathe into this pressure center where the macrocosmic ideas arise, like questions for the meaning of life. Contemplate on where your source of inspiration comes from. Do you tend to get inspired by external sources like the media or other people? Or do you constantly inquire about the deeper philosophies in life and discover this inspiration within yourself? Feel the bridge between your crown center and your mind center, how the energy flow of inspiration turns into language without you even realizing. Now integrate all of your centers together, starting at the crown center, down into the mind center, two inches deep within the forehead. Then moving to the throat center, traveling down to the center of the chest, the G center. Traverse off to the right at the heart center, down to the lower right at the solar plexus center, meeting back at the center lower abdomen at your sacral center, traveling out the channel to the lower left abdomen, at the splenic center. Then collecting all of that awareness at the very end of the spine, the root center, where we began. Just sit with all of your energy centers that make up your unique design. Seeing all of your channels flowing cohesively with one another, feeling the defined centers that emit your unique frequency and the undefined centers that are open to receiving the world's frequency. This is the design your soul chose and you have the power to live in the full embodiment of your gifts. Stay here in the beauty of your design for as long as you can.
