I Can See Clearly Now

Hello and welcome. I welcome you here. My name is Tracy McCree. Thank you for joining me. And today we'll dive into a little bit of a story to start. And then a book, I'll talk a little bit about a book that I've been reading, and then we'll head into a guided meditation. So as promised, when I first started my, I'll say my spiritual journey or my awakening, it was brought on, a lot of times it can be brought on by, you know, a death or a tragic event or sometimes an accident. In my case, it was a death, a profound loss, the loss of my mom. And I have some other meditations here on the app about that. One of them called From Grief to Gratitude and how I've been able to, through my awakening, through the journey, shift the way I looked at life and death through my awakening. But in any case, in this particular case, I was working with a, my intuitive studies teacher at the time. And then she put us into, actually we chose to work with someone, each student, and then based on who you chose to work with, it formed what was called a soul pod. So we had this soul pod and there were a number of people in it. And we used to also send messages just to kind of like spiritually uplift and talk to each other and send, sometimes it was like a, you know, an uplifting quote or a meme or, hey, I'm reading this book, that type of thing. But in this particular case, I sent a song challenge. It was like a 30-day song challenge. And on one of the days it was, what was the number one song at the time of your birth? And for, so I looked it up and the number one song at the time of my birth, which is, I'm going to tell you the exact year, but you'll probably figure it out by the song, but it's November. And so anyway, I looked up my birth date and it was, I Can See Clearly Now. I can't remember who, Johnny, might be Nash. I can't remember his last name right now. But when I was like, oh, I love that song. So I started to play it. And as I did, my mom came through. So because I had started like doing intuitive studies and meditating and connecting with the different clairs, clairvoyance, being one of them, being able to access people who have transitioned. And a lot of people hear this, like it might be a spirit medium, or they'll be able to connect you with your loved ones. I was able to do this. So anyway, I'm listening to this song I Can See Clearly Now. And my mom says to me, this is exactly how I felt when you were born. I felt like all of the clouds had been lifted away and I felt so much lighter and that I could breathe and that I could not only just go on, but live a more flowing life. So she's like coming in and like saying this to me, well, I'm in tears and I'm typing this to my group. So I already love that song, but now it's a very special connected song. So now fast forward, this was about, I'll say five years ago-ish. So now fast forward to now, like present time, maybe about a month ago. I'm just scrolling on, I think it was Facebook and I see Wayne Dyer and he was actually being interviewed by, I'm trying to remember if it was Oprah. I think it was Oprah. So I just stopped to listen and I was like, oh, Wayne Dyer. And he was talking about his book, I Can See Clearly Now. And I was like, wow, now I have to go download that book. So I immediately went to Audible and I downloaded I Can See Clearly Now. And I've been listening to it for the past month off and on when I have a long drive. And it's been such a profound connection and such a flow and exactly what I was supposed to know and that next step. And basically that was the message that I got when I saw him and I saw the name of the book. My mom came back in and was like, you need to get that book. So the first thing I'll say to you is always, always trust your intuition. And people say it in different ways of like trust your gut. And that can also be like, okay, like your solar plexus or, but there is this intuitive knowing, which is another Claire, we talked about clairvoyance in the beginning. Claircognizance is when you just know, because you know, because you know, and it's inexplicable, but you'll just, something will happen and you'll be like, I knew it. I said that this was gonna happen. And maybe you had even told someone and it unfolded that way. So this was a knowing for me. And as I'm listening to the book, it's such a beautiful unfolding and I'm getting glimpses of what my mom was speaking about how when we connect in this way, in this spiritual way, and we connect to our higher guidance and we connect to our intuition, our intuitive ability, our Claire's all the different Claire's. It's such a beautiful feeling. And it's also a feeling of the clouds being lifted. So I now invite you, as I, as I said, we'll go into a guided meditation and I invite you to get very comfortable, whether you want to be in a seated position, you can feel free to lie down, whatever feels comfortable for you, gently feather your nest. Remember that comfort is the most important thing, or as my meditation teacher, David G says, comfort is queen. It's, so we want to get as comfortable as possible. If you're seated, you want to be in an upright position, gently bring one shoulder up, back and down the other shoulder up, back and down. And if your eyes are not already closed, I invite you to do so. Just take a really deep breath, settle in here, deep breath in through your nose, out through your mouth and feel your sit bones connecting with the chair or the floor. If you're seated on the floor or the bed, if you're lying down, just feel the heaviness as we really settle in here into our bodies and allow yourself to feel so held here by the earth mother. As you ground deep, deep, deep into the layers of the earth, and you can feel the heartbeat of the earth mother as it holds you here. And what we're going to do is go on a journey of seeing clearly. And in order to do so, we're going to go into the sacred place within your energetic body. So as you ground here and you can feel your roots descend through the floorboards of your home, deep, deep, deep into the layers of the earth and the roots wrap around the core of the planet, anchoring us here in such a feeling of love and holding and safety and knowing how held you are, just like a tree when the winds come, even though it might bend or the branches might bend, it stays strong and tall and erect because it is so held deep breaths into that. And not only does the grounding cord secure us here, but it also serves as a depository into the earth. So anything that you're breathing through that is no longer serving you. And this could just be effortlessly during the meditation as you're breathing. I, you can allow that to be sent down your grounding cord to be transformed and transmuted into clear, clean light back into the earth. You can even picture on the in-breath saying, let me breathe. And as you lean back into the beautiful waterfall of grace, that connects us to the divine, to the heavens, to source, to whatever you might connect with, whether it be God, higher power, even if it has a certain name, whatever you connect to, you can feel that coming into the crown of your head and feel that golden light going up all the way up into the heavens, passing through the sun. It's like 10,000 suns coming into the top of your head, illuminating your central channel. It comes right down your crown, just the right amount. It cleanses your third eye, which is your ability to see, to see clearly. And as it comes down, sometimes it can be a little bit hard to see whether there are clouds. So we can picture ourselves in a car. And even if we're just seated in the car, we don't have to be driving. You can picture when there's either fog outside, or even really torrential downpours. And it's so much that the windshield wipers can't even keep up with it. So whether you're picturing the fog or the rain, that can sometimes block our ability to see clearly. So I invite you to think of something now, it could be big or small, that's been blocking your ability to see. Maybe you're having an issue with something at work, you can't seem to get past, there's like a roadblock there. Something that's not allowing you to see the answer. Maybe it's in your relationship, whether it be a romantic relationship, maybe it's with a friendship, maybe it's with a relative, whatever it may be. Let's picture whatever's coming between you. So don't think of the person, let's picture the person outside of the car. Again, we could just be seated in the driveway, and say they're in the other yard, and there's such fog or torrential rain that you can't even see them anymore. You have your windshield wipers on as fast as they can go, but because of this block, you can't see them. So we're going to take our hands, and we're going to wipe away the fog. And if it's rain, we're going to bring the beautiful illuminate sun that we went right past to connect to the divine, and we're going to bring the sun in past the clouds. And I invite you to look at what that block is, as this is being cleansed. What is the thing that is holding you back from seeing the other person, from seeing the situation at work? Is it anger? Is it frustration? Is it a belief? I'm right. They should apologize. It could be anything like that. It could be a certain perspective. It could be resistance. I invite you to tune in to what that block is for you, and bring the sun in to burn away the clouds. To have the rain dissipate as it comes down your third eye, cleansing that area. You can even use your hand, wiping the clouds away. If it's a belief, can we flip it around? Can we ask if it's true? If it's an emotion, can we be with the emotion? So that we can see the other person more clearly. So we can see the situation more clearly. So that we can see clearly. And as it comes down into our throat, maybe there's something to speak. It comes down into the front of our throat chakra. And as we lean back into this sunshine, which allows us to see clearly through our third eye, there's also divine listening. So I invite you to listen to your own intuition. Is there something on your end that is contributing to this work dynamic, or relationship, or disagreement, or whatever it may be? Listen to your own inner guidance. And maybe it's as simple as, I forgive you. And I'm saying that to you. Sometimes we can be our own hardest critics. So it starts with us. And then maybe that forgiveness, once we give it to ourself, can naturally go out to the other person when we can see them clearly. And it goes down into our heart chakra, the front of our heart. Maybe we're holding sadness or grief. And it could be for the fact that maybe some time has passed. And we're sad. We have grief that we couldn't see this. But now we can. I invite you to lean back into the back of your heart chakra, which meets with the front. And we feel this divine love coming down. Golden light coming down your central channel, permeating down your crown, all the way down your back body, like the hand of the divine. And it meets here. And it moves through this sadness or grief. Because we are so held here by the divine. And as we offer forgiveness and love and compassion to ourselves, that this is the human experience. And sometimes there are roadblocks. And sometimes there's fog. And sometimes there's torrential downpours. But the sun comes. And makes the clouds and the fog and the rain dissipate. I can see clearly now the rain is gone. I can see all obstacles in my way. And as we do this, offer yourself love, maybe even give yourself a hug. And offer this situation the same love and compassion. Because even though it might not be fully solved or whatever it may be, you can now see it moving. More clearly. And as we allow this light to continue down our central channel to our solar plexus, which is the golden sun within, which is our divine will, maybe move through the world in that way. And speak with this clarity. The clarity that comes from connecting with ourselves first. And then allowing that to embody and radiate out to all. Continues down into our sacrum, our root chakra, all the way down into the earth. And it's protected with pure love and grace.
