Im Atem der Dankbarkeit

Hello, and welcome. I’m Angela, and in this meditation, we will dive into the power of gratitude. At the beginning, we will use our breath to settle in. Then we will use our breath to direct our gratitude towards specific areas of our lives. Finally, we will consciously feel into our bodies and notice how this feeling of gratitude spreads within us. Make yourself comfortable. Get comfortable. Take a deep breath in with a smile. Hold your breath for a moment. Sigh out and close your eyes. Then take a few more deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, and exhale with a sigh through your mouth. With each breath, arrive more and more in yourself and in the here and now. Feel the connection to the earth. With each breath, sink deeper into the safety it provides you. Feel safe and supported. Then take a few more deep breaths and release to the earth everything that can be let go. All tensions, all expectations, and anything else you wish to release. If you’d like, place your hands over your heart now. Feel into your heart space. Then inhale. I am grateful for my family and friendships, the people who accompany me. Exhale and send thanks to all those you love. Inhale. I am grateful for all the experiences I have in my life. Exhale and give thanks for the spiritual guidance you have received. Inhale. I am grateful for this moment of silence. With your exhale, feel the calmness within you and around you. Inhale. I am grateful for my connection to the universe. Exhale and send trust out into the world. Then continue to breathe normally. Now, think of a few things you are grateful for in this moment. Say them to yourself internally as well. Let these people, events, and things bring a smile to your face. Then feel into your heart space once more. Feel the warmth that has arisen as you named all that you are grateful for. Send this warmth throughout your entire body and let it spread. Allow yourself to be flooded with love and contentment. Then take a deep breath. With your exhale, let go completely once more. Gently return to your body. Bring movement back into it. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.

Hallo, herzlich willkommen. Ich bin Angela und in dieser Meditation tauchen wir ein in die Kraft der Dankbarkeit. Am Anfang nutzen wir unseren Atem, um erstmal anzukommen. Danach nutzen wir den Atem, um unsere Dankbarkeit zu bestimmten Bereichen unseres Lebens zu lenken. Und zum Schluss spüren wir nochmal bewusst in unseren Körper hinein, wie sich dieses Gefühl der Dankbarkeit in ihm ausbreitet. Mach es dir bequem. Mach es dir bequem. Nimm mit einem Lächeln einen tiefen Atemzug. Halt kurz die Luft an. Atme seufzend aus und schließe deine Augen. Und dann nimm noch ein paar tiefe Atemzüge. Durch die Nase ein, mit einem Seufzen über dem Mund aus. Komme mit jedem Atemzug immer mehr bei dir und im Hier und Jetzt an. Spüre die Verbindung zur Erde. Sinke mit jedem Atemzug immer mehr ein in die Geborgenheit, die sie dir geschenkt. Fühlst dich sicher und getragen. Und dann nimm noch ein paar tiefe Atemzüge und gib alles an die Erde ab, was gehen darf. Alle Anspannungen, alle Erwartungen und was du sonst noch loslassen möchtest. Wenn du möchtest, platziere deine Hände jetzt über deinem Herz. Spüre in deinen Herzraum hinein. Dann atme ein. Ich bin dankbar für meine Familie und Freundschaften, die Menschen, die mich begleiten. Atme aus und sende einen Dank an alle, die du liebst. Atme ein. Ich bin dankbar für alle Erfahrungen, die ich in meinem Leben mache. Atme aus und danke für die spirituelle Führung, die du erhalten hast. Atme ein. Ich bin dankbar für diesen Moment der Stille. Mit deiner Ausatmung spüre die Ruhe in dir und um dich herum. Atme ein. Ich bin dankbar für meine Verbindung zum Universum. Atme aus und sende Vertrauen in die Welt hinaus. Dann atme ganz normal weiter. Suche dir jetzt noch ein paar Dinge aus, für die du gerade in diesem Moment dankbar bist. Sage sie dir innerlich auch. Lasse dir von diesen Personen, Ereignissen, Dingen ein Lächeln in dein Gesicht zaubern. Dann spüre nochmal in deinen Herzraum hinein. Spüre die Wärme, die entstanden ist, als du all das aufgezählt hast, für du dankbar bist. Schicke diese Wärme in deinen ganzen Körper hinein und lasse sie sich ausbreiten. Lass dich von der Liebe und Zufriedenheit durchfluten. Dann nimm einen tiefen Atemzug. Lass mit der Ausatmung nochmal ganz los. Komme sanft zurück in deinen Körper. Bringe wieder Bewegung in ihn zurück. Wenn du bereit bist, öffne langsam deine Augen.
