Inner Compass: A What‑If Guided Pause

Hello and welcome. I'd like to welcome you to this meditation. And today it's going to be a brief meditation and a divine guidance and remembrance of who you are. So I invite you to settle in, take a seat, get comfortable, or if you choose to lie down, get as comfortable as possible, take a deep seat, relax your body, relax your mind, and allow yourself to just settle into this present moment of remembrance. And what if, what if you could remember exactly who you are? I invite you, as you close your eyes and settle in here, to put your hand on your heart. You could travel with me now back to the remembrance of before you came into this body, did it feel like to be the magnificent star that you are? Do that over. What did it feel like to be the magnificent star that you are? The brilliance and radiance, the expansive light, and as you feel grounded here, feel your sit bones getting heavier, allow yourself to travel with me and feel the expansiveness and radiance coming in through the waterfall of grace through the top. Feel it come into your body, illuminating your central channel, and you feel it merge with the light that is already inside of you, the light of your soul. And I invite you, as you have your hand on your heart, to ask this expansiveness that you are, the light of your soul, to come out in front of you so you can see your own magnificence. And as you see it, this beautiful light that you are, the expansiveness, it looks back at you with such love. What if you could remember this each day? What if you could walk through your day remembering the light that you are and looking upon others with that same light, seeing them with harshness or judgment or anything else, opening your magnificent eyes and seeing them through the eyes of light? And as we meditate here and remember this beautiful expansiveness and seeing the light of our soul and it seeing us, I invite you to just stay in this light, stay in this transmission of the light of oneness of who you are, merging with the divine. With your hand on your heart, I invite you to ask the light of your soul anything you might want to ask or even maybe a struggle you may be having. Deep breaths in as we continue to ground and ask the light of your soul. Question. Maybe, what is my next step? How can you help me navigate what I'm struggling with? Feel the light come in. Hear the answer. Remember that you always have this connection. The light of your soul is always with you. And you always have your intuition, your inner knowing. That inner GPS or guidance system is always with you. And what if you could take a snapshot of this and remember? Deep breaths in. I invite you to get any answers or clarity that you're hearing. Thank the light of your soul as it bows to you and thanks you. Remember that you can do this at any time. I invite you to gently come back into your awareness in your own time. Feel free to take a little bit longer. You'd like to sit in this light of who you are. And when you're ready, whenever you're ready, wiggle your fingers and toes. Come back into connection remembering that snapshot, remembering who you are. Bringing that awareness with you. And as you open your eyes, I invite you to see the world in this way.
