Sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths to center yourself, becoming more and more relaxed with each breath. As you breathe in, imagine drawing in pure healing energy. As you exhale, release any tension or worries or thoughts about your day. Allow the outside world to fade away as you turn your focus inward. Visualize a radiant light surrounding you, a protective bubble of love, support and guidance. Feel this light enveloping your entire being, creating a sense of safety and tranquility. In your mind's eye, picture a majestic doorway. This doorway is your entrance to the Akashic Records. As you approach it, notice the intricate details of the door and its sacred symbols. Know that beyond this door lies the timeless wisdom of your soul. Gently open the door and step into a realm of pure energy. You might find yourself in a vast, serene space, filled with an otherworldly glow. Take a moment to absorb the energy around you, allowing it to uplift and nourish your spirit.
