Joyful Abundant Day

Welcome to the Art of Healing meditation on having a joyful abundant day. Today we are simply and easily allowing miracles in our life, allowing magic, allowing peace, love, light and laughter. If you want to take a nice deep breath right down to the base of your spine and just let your eyes close. Sit with your spine erect or lie flat on a bed or sitting up in a chair. Wherever it is find maximum comfort so that you can lean in to the start of your miraculous day. Today is a day unlike any other, unlike the best day that you have ever had. This is the start of many miraculous days where miracles become your norm, where life flows, where you connect easily with all your emotions and you really allow for the flow of life. You allow for the gift of being fully present in every moment whilst being fully protected, grounded, safe, centered, alert and alive. As we start this day we come into an awareness of complete vibrant health. No aches or pains within the body, just vibrant beautiful health. We notice and observe our energy levels increasing, rising up and connecting to the earth. And allowing in all that is good and strong and powerful so that every step has a spring in it and you feel alive and bouncy and happy and free. And at peace. As you breathe in and out nice and deeply we become aware of the amount of energy in the room in this day that's readily available to us. We observe the wonderful unlimited supply of oxygen in the air. Abundance is all around us. And as we breathe in and out we can observe the clarity in our minds as thoughts come and go. Nothing needs to remain as we are in this state of flow. As we are in this state of flow we can laugh at thoughts that don't serve us and smile and challenge them and allow the laughter and fun and excitement. Observing that mystery in the air, that tingle, that lightness, that aliveness, that feeling of wonder and awe. This is the feeling we are feeling today because everything is swirling with excitement. Your body is tingling and alive. It feels like a magical kaleidoscope of colors energizing, uplifting, increasing and raising your vibration allowing for every cell to vibrate and to move at its own pace. Feeling your face drawing into a big smile. Allowing that smile taking over your whole head coming down through your whole body down into your chest pushing out into the world so that your smile uplifts everybody energizes everybody creating more space and love in the world. And in this magical day we take all the right steps in all the right directions. We allow for magic to happen. We allow for love to happen. We allow for joy to happen. We allow for love to happen. We allow for the impossible to appear. We allow for gifts to arrive in every form. We allow for money. We allow for love. We allow for passion. We allow for peace. We allow for calm. And contentment. Everything is allowed. That brings us joy. Anything can be achieved. Anything that we set our minds to can be achieved. Anything is possible. There are no limitations on this day. This day is filled with joy, with light, with laughter, with love. Ah. Breathe it all in. Take every step with this new magical awareness, the tingling and excitement. Feeling bursting out of your heart. Feeling bursting out of your heart. Breathing it in and breathing out the joy to share with others so that they in turn uplift you too.
