Going to bed can be so hard. Maybe you're not tired yet or maybe you're a little nervous about something that will happen tomorrow. That's ok, let's just focus on relaxing your thinking mind and your body and make you feel cozy and safe.

Hey kids, I know going to bed can be so hard. Maybe you don't want to go to bed yet, or maybe you don't feel tired yet, or maybe you just don't want to miss out on all the fun that's still happening. Or maybe you're even a bit nervous about something that happens tomorrow, so you don't want today to end and tomorrow to come. But, in order for you to have a great day tomorrow, it is really important that you have a good rest tonight. And sleeping well helps to make sure that you continue to grow and be healthy. Let's get cozy in our bed. Close your eyes and let's take a deep breath in. I'm going to let you in on a little secret. You don't actually have to fall asleep in this session. Let's just relax and allow your thinking mind to rest and your body to relax and then the rest will happen all on its own without you having to do anything for it. Now to help you relax, I will say a phrase and then you can repeat it in your mind or whisper it out slowly, softly. I will say each phrase twice to help your body relax. Let's begin.
