It can feel awful when we have pain or we have recently suffered from an injury. This is a guided meditation for the knee for anybody who is suffering from pain or injury. This meditation can help to heal your knee in a way that we are rarely reminded of.. healing from the inside out. We oftentimes are interested in external help for our injuries and oftentimes neglect or disregard the help we can give to ourselves by facing the injury or pain head-on and allowing for full expression of the area.

Hello people, welcome to this guided meditation, finding a comfortable and safe environment for yourself, gently closing your eyes, soon we are going to explore and heal your knee, increasing blood flow, energy flow and nutrient availability to the cells in your knee, so your body can heal your knee naturally, so many times we focus on external fixes and forget about our natural internal ability to heal ourselves, our bodies, minds and systems are so powerful, powerful beyond belief, let's just take 3 deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth, in through the nose and out through the mouth, in through the nose and out through the mouth, clearing and releasing our whole systems, for now we are just going to visualize a special golden knee brace right in front of you, the golden knee brace is specifically designed for healing, it is made of a special healing material that draws out any sensations that the knee has to offer, these sensations are individual to you, as you fit the knee brace on, it molds specifically to your knee, it feels very comforting, the knee area relaxes and accepts the knee brace, the knee is relaxed, the knee is relaxed, the knee is relaxed, the knee brace brings out the natural sensations of the knee as healing takes place, these natural sensations are unique to you, you could be experiencing discomfort such as pain or comfort such as a warm feeling, whatever your knee is expressing that is okay, pain is part of the healing process just as much as pleasure is, feel both of them if they come up, from shooting pain to a warm pleasant feeling, you are healing, if you are feeling neutral sensations or nothing at all that is okay, allow it to be there, this is not a competition on how much you can feel, we are just noticing what's coming up in this area at this time, accepting everything and anything, the knee brace brings it all out in you, from the most uncomfortable sensation to the most comfortable, they are both the same, they are only sensations, allow them to flow through you, unimpeded.
