The left shoulder has a chakra, or vortex, that comes up out of it. This also happens to be our vulnerable, receiving side of the body too. So this chakra can become blocked very easily. In this energy healing, Ariel clears out any stuck energy trapped in the chakra.

Left Shoulder Chakra

 I waited until my vibe was kind of low to record this so that together we can raise our vibe. We can take it from computer eyes sitting for hours on end staring at the computer to high angelic vibration. The breath that I'm using moves the energy so that there's nothing stagnant in your body anywhere we want it to flow. Now I'm going to move the energy in your neck and release it. We give this tightness away we release it. Now I'm going to move the energy down into your left shoulder left collarbone area using my breath to move any obstacles in the way of the flow of the light. Now I'm going to release any tight muscles in the left shoulder between the neck and the ball of the shoulder. We release it we give it away any tightness we dissolve we give it back to the universe. Now I'm going to stir up your soul light in the upper chest. This is who you are. Without this being bright we kind of shrivel up like a dying leaf. We need to hydrate we need to bring light into this upper chest area. I'm using my hands to generate light in that upper chest. We wake up your soul light. Let it shine let your light shine. Now I'm going to clear your throat so that your voice comes from your soul. Your voice doesn't come from your mind but it comes from deep within you. It comes from your light. What you speak what you talk about what you share comes from the light within you. You know sometimes when we gossip about other people or we think thoughts that are negative about other people this is just human nature. Don't beat yourself up for this but definitely get in the habit of then doing something about it. Expressing to them how much you love them or care for them or sit alone and visualize that they're happy that their situation is resolved that they're flowing through their lives that there is nothing to gossip about except good things. To spread the word that they're doing amazingly well now that you've been visualizing for them. One reaction you can have to gossip is say oh my gosh thank you for telling me I'll put them in my visualizations. I'll sit and picture that all is well for them. Now let's lift our light even higher. I'm gonna open up your crown vortex. The big huge opening that opens all of your energy from your shoulders and the top of your head up to the sky above you. Now I'm gonna center you. All the way through your spine and out between your knees and feet. I'm just centering the energy. I'm gonna open up the energy now in the upper back and in the shoulders behind your left shoulder first. Sometimes we hold guardedness here. Sometimes we are afraid or shy or we withdraw. We just want to run and hide. Your left shoulder area sits in the feminine side of the body. It's our more vulnerable side. Hand me that fear. Let me take it from you. It's just a frequency. It's just a vibration. Think of it as gray or black energy or threads or wiring or netting that has turned gray or brown or black. Simply let me release it. Pull it out. It's like I'm pulling a thread and allow your shoulder to hand it over to me to release it to my hands. Now I'm gonna stabilize your shoulder because a lot of old energy patterns just left it. So now the shoulder energy has to reset itself. Let me simply rebalance it for you. There. Feel the freedom. Feel the space. Feel the happiness. Feel the joy. Now we bring in light. We're bringing in a big ball of light that then starts to change form and fill the cavity within that shoulder area in your body. There. New light for you. All for you. New happy spacious light filling your shoulder area. Okay so now I'm gonna shake the energy down through your spine, down through to your low back. We're gonna spread it. We're gonna bring this higher vibration, this joy, this aliveness down through, down through your spine, above your hips, into the low back, all the way down through your legs, into your feet. Joy all the way to the bottoms of your feet. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Feel that energy. Feel that life force. Now I'm bringing it from above your head down through your body, out your feet. Now I'm bringing light straight into your chest. Let it sink in. Breathe it in. Fill your heart with joy. We give thanks for this light. We give thanks. I'm bringing it in deeper and into the upper chest, into the soul center again. Drink it in. Take it in. Feel the laughter. Feel the joy. Let the happiness fill that shoulder area again. You are safe. You are safe. You are safe. In this light you are always safe. There's nothing to be afraid of when you are filled with light. This light will always care for you and always heal you. No matter what happens you can simply return to this light and be healed again and again and again. Now see yourself as completely made of white light. Imagine that your spine is so centered and perfect and it's made of light. And now smile. Bring that energy into your face. Lift your face up to the light above you. Lift it up to the sky. We receive, we receive, we receive. We are healed and we are whole. We give thanks. you
