Love Is Your Path To Any Destination

Hi there, this is Lisa J. Why don't we settle into a resting position? And for just this one place in time, you are here, just now. So together, we're going to take an effortless breath. Breath in, breath out. This week on Insight Timer, Ramon Canals, an environmental nutritionist and a Catalan writer in Barcelona, he penned the following words and it really captured my attention. He wrote, Love is the path to any destination. Love is the path to any destination. Love, path, destination. Now I happen to live a few hours north of where he is. I am in the ancient Pyrenees Mountains of Catalonia. And we do a lot of walking here. We get out in nature. And the mountain footpath, they're quite narrow. It's because the steep terrain makes it so. So when you walk towards your destination, you most likely are walking alone. And alone, that doesn't mean that you are lonely. Because one is rarely lonely on a Pyrenees Mountain trail. Now you're not coming across other people. You really are walking alone. But there is love all along that path. There's love in the mountain breeze. In the voices of the birds as they take their rest. There's even love in the changing light as clouds whisper and drift in and out of the sunlight. There's love in the sound of your own steps. Each breath you take. And there's love in you. We call these native energies. And they're all around you. And they urge you to connect to your breath. And to connect to the immense well of wisdom and love. That are inside of you. Now this feels like a good time to take another breath in. So let's do that. Breath in. And breath out. And just like those solitary times that will be on your life path. Love is inside of you. Just like it's all around you. And your destination. It's here. It's now. Love. Path. Destination. As Ramon Canel said, love is the path to any destination. Love is your path to any destination. Love is your destination.
