Dávejte si bacha a pokud běháte někde po venku, bějte na to, aby jste vštycky drželi dostatečnou pozornost k okolí a někam nezapadli nebo pod něco nevlítli. Než vyběhneš, zastav se a chvilku dýchej. Zkus vést pozornost dolů k nohám. K opakujícímu se doteku nohou s podkladem. A zkus proskoumat věmy, které se v nohách objevují s každým krokem. Tlak. Vibrace. Teplo. Chlad. Jsou tu desítky a stovky věmů, které pomalu vyplouvají na povrch. Pozornost, jako by se slívala s dotykem. Si. Dotek nohou. Levá. Pravá. Levá. Pravá. Znova a znova. A kdykoliv si uvědomíš, že tvoje mysl někam utekla k myšlenkám, k řešení, k emocím, máš kam se vrátit. Dotek nohou s povrchem. Jeden krok za druhým. A když budeš v dostatečném souladu s vnímáním kroků, můžeš začít pozornost se pomalu rozširovat do celého těla. Když teď tvou pozornost opoutá nějaká jiná část těla, pohybující se ruce, trup, výtrve tváři, dotek oblečení. Chvíli se zaměř na to, co cítíš tam. Nech věm proběhnout a pak se vrať zpátky k běžícím nohám. Postupně uvolňuj pozornost a nech ji volně plout prostorem těla. Vnímej, co se v těle děje. Dej tomu prostor. Zkoumej detaily tělesných pocitů a pluj v nich. Některé věmy se mohou tvářit příjemně, jiné nepříjemně. Dej jim prostor. Zkoumej detaily, zkoumej jednotlivosti, rozkládej a pluj, co najdeš. A pokud tě zase něco odvede od prostoru těla, máš vždycky kotvu, k které se můžeš vrátit. Dotek nohou. Dotek běžících nohou. To je kotva, k které se vždycky můžeš vrátit. A od ní se znova vydat na cestu. A běž.
