La gratitud es el sentimiento más poderoso del universo, cuanto más la practicamos más conectamos con la abundancia y la prosperidad. Por ello te comparto esta meditación de gratitud. ¡Disfruta! Y agradece todos los días. Especialmente a ti.

Today I am going to share with you a meditation of gratitude. But first I want to remind you that gratitude is the most powerful feeling in the universe. And the more we practice it, the more you connect with your abundance and prosperity. So let me share this meditation with you. Now sit on the floor with your legs crossed, your arms resting on your thighs with palms facing up. Close your eyes and your back well raised. If you can't be on the floor, sit on a chair with your feet firmly on the ground, your hands resting on your thighs and close your eyes. Let's do three deep inhales. Inhale and exhale, slowly and softly, relaxing your neck. Inhale and exhale, slowly and softly, relaxing your head. Last time, inhale and exhale, slowly and softly, relaxing your whole body. Inhale and now I want you to visualize yourself walking through a corridor where there are several doors. You walk with safe and firm steps until you reach the first door. You stand in front of it and you open it slowly. And you realize that there is that person who gave you life, that person who has always been protecting you, who has always been there, taking care of you, giving you advice, supporting you. And say thank you. Look at his face, his gestures and say thank you for giving me life. Slowly you say goodbye, close the door and follow your path. Until you find the second door. You stand in front of it and you open it. And you notice that there is that person who has always been by your side, that person who has never left you, in good times or bad. You notice his smile of complicity and you say thank you. Thank you for your unconditional support. If you are born, give it a hug. And if not, just say goodbye with gratitude. Slowly close the door and follow your path. Walk until you reach the third door. And when you open it, you find a person who has been a great teacher of life. Maybe you have had good times or bad, difficulties, that it has been a person who has been difficult to forgive you, a person with whom you have lived many lessons. Give him your thanks. Say thank you for all the experiences you have lived. Thank you because your presence has made me grow. If you want to give him a hug, give it to him. And if not, say goodbye with gratitude. Close the door and slowly follow your path. Until you reach the fourth door. Open it and you find a person who you don't necessarily know, but who you see often in your life, who offers you some service. It could be the lady who assists you in cleaning your house. It could be the man who takes care of you at the pharmacy. That person you see often and who is always there to support you in what you need. Say thank you and observe his gestures. Slowly close the door and say goodbye. Follow your path and at the end you see a giant door from where some rays of light come out. It draws so much attention that you accelerate your step until you reach it. It is a golden door with many details. It is big. And little by little you open it. And when you open it, you see a big mirror. And you realize that the person who is there is you. So it is time to thank you for everything you have done for yourself. Thank you for your journey, for your successes, for your flaws, for your virtues, for your achievements. Thank you for that wonderful human being you are. It does not matter what happened. Say thank you. Put your hands on your heart and say, I honor your presence, I honor your life. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And give yourself a big hug. You deserve it. Inhale all that gratitude from all those people who have been there, who have been present in your life. And exhale that gratitude. Once again inhale and exhale that gratitude for you, for your presence, for your existence. Once again inhale and exhale gratitude to the world. Thank you for your presence, thank you for being here, thank you for listening to me.
