Ejercicio del Autoperdón

The body and mind relaxes for a minute or two. Breathing deeply and slowly. We have to be careful to adopt a relaxed and arched posture, releasing all the tension in the shoulders, neck, neck, all the facial muscles, letting everything return to its natural state. Letting our breathing return to its natural rhythm. We have a feeling of living in a luminous space, having an eternal body where everything is translucent. The space in front of us invokes the Buddha Shakyamuni, which appears in a majestic way, surrounded by thousands of Bodhisattvas. We also see our masters there. We pray to them from the bottom of our hearts to help us, to bless us, to purify our karma, to eliminate all the distortion. We also invite all the beings of the universe, all in human form, in bodies of light, as witnesses of what is going to happen, the debt that is going to be resolved. The Buddha, the Bodhisattvas, the Masters, emit rays of warm light, of lightning that illuminate our body and our mind. We feel protected, strengthened. We commit ourselves to facing that dark shadow that we drag, to resolve once and for all the pending negative karma. Letting the blessings of the Buddha take us to a moment, to a place in our history, where we have done or said something, dearly or badly to another person, to another being. Letting our mind travel to that moment, to that place, and from the perspective of another person, like a little bird, we experience and see what has happened. All the factors influenced, all the confusion, all the misunderstandings. We see what happened from the outside, gestures, words, actions. We also see the impact that you, us, beings, how you lived it, how you understood it, the damage you perceived. And we see the residue, the negativity that this state and this action produced over time. We wish with all our heart to purify this negative karma. We ask the Buddhas to help us and we embody the being of that time, seeing through their eyes, empathizing, feeling afflictions, the current, the cloud, the confusion. And we see how committed we were, manipulated by so many factors, fear, ignorance, conditioning. And now let us understand more clearly the complexity of the situation, the chaos we lived. We forgive ourselves deeply and at the same time we accept responsibility for what has happened. Somehow I played an important part, something that I can call my contribution. We dislike that episode of our lives. We want to move away from that afflictive state, the sensation that accompanied our body. And of course the damage that it produced to other beings. We commit ourselves to moving away from that state, from that type of action. And now, from now on, no matter what happens, no matter what you say, I will never go back to such a point of committing something like that. And we feel peace. Being transparent in the presence of all, with the support of the Buddha, having accepted and taken responsibility, having committed all our beings to never repeating something like that, we feel peace. We have solved that pending account. We have concluded with that negative cycle. We have eliminated that shadow with the light of wisdom. In the third step, we do not conform with having closed that cycle and purified negativity. We commit ourselves, we wish with all our heart, now to do good. We invoke the Buddhas so that they inspire us in every moment of our lives. To focus, to bring happiness to others, to eliminate their suffering. We commit ourselves to them, particularly to the opposite action that we have committed. In front of the Masters, Buddhists and Bodhisattvas, in front of all beings, I proclaim this commitment. I take this personal vow. From now on I dedicate myself to doing good, particularly emphasizing this action. And I feel joy, joy, the virtue that begins today. I feel the joy of the assembly gathered, the light smile on the face of the Buddha, which now emanates a very special light, a golden light with the nuances of all colors, the rainbow. It fills our body inside and outside, illuminating the voice, the mind and transforming who we are. The ethereal body now is pure light, crystalline, immaculate. We feel joy, joy, a light body. And we commit ourselves from now on to maintain this purity of heart and mind, to be extremely careful in everything we do, say and think, to maintain full attention at every moment and the vigilant attention that takes care of us. We thank all the participants, Buddhists, bodhisattvas, masters and others for their support and attention. And we dedicate the merit of this practice, all the positive karma that I have generated in the past, present and future, for the good of all beings. May all beings accept their divine providence that discovers the source of the other, the infinite potential. May everyone know that they can eliminate all activity, develop virtue and benefit others. We breathe deeply three times. Respiramos profundo tres veces. Para más información visite nuestra web www.paramita.org
