Pulverizar la Ansiedad

 Take a deep breath and let go of your body. Imagine that 3,000 kilometers above you there is a white light, perfect, very bright, that emanates from the very center of the universe. Observe how it begins to descend towards you, entering your body through the upper part of your head, your crown chakra. Take a deep breath. Be aware of how the air enters through your nostrils. Feel how it easily enters your body. Be aware that with each breath your body is more and more relaxed, more and more serene. Visualize, imagine or observe how the light begins to fill you. See how your brain lights up, how the two brain hemispheres light up equally. Your eyes, your face, your jaw, relax. That wonderful light begins to descend through your throat, releasing all the unhappy things and the tears contained. It continues down your shoulders. Let go of everything that you cannot control. You cannot save the world alone. Breathe. Breathe slowly. Your chest and lungs begin to fill up. Do not leave any space of them without light, since sadness and pain are stored there. Take a deep breath and release it. Fill your heart with light and go down to your abdomen. Feel how you begin to balance. The light goes down to the lower part of your abdomen. There, where life is created. Fill it with light. Illuminate your hips. Breathe. Breathe light. And allow it to continue down your legs, your knees, until it goes down to the sole of your feet. Put your consciousness in them and imagine how strong roots begin to descend through all the layers of the earth until they reach their heart, a great ball of energy, the nucleus of the planet, the heart of Mother Nature. Visualize how those roots begin to surround the ball, merging into it, and begin to collect that wonderful energy. Breathe. Breathe slowly. Be aware of how this wonderful light is filling you completely. Pick it up and raise it towards you, going through all the layers of the earth again. Feel its heat when it reaches your feet. Allow it to rise through your legs, to fill your knees and thighs. Raise it to your abdomen. Feel its strength and begin to notice how something awakens in you. Breathe. Breathe deeply. And when you exhale, feel how that light comes out through all the pores of your skin. Breathe light. And when you exhale, let it take away everything you don't want with you at this moment. The fear, the uncertainty, the worries, the bad mood, the sadness, the laziness. Let it also take away all the things you put yourself in front of. The past is over. Forgive yourself. Breathe light. And when you exhale, let it take away everything that is not good for you at this moment. Now, locate the part of your physical body where you feel anxiety. It can be in the center of your chest, in the sternum, in the abdominal area, or as a strong headache. Locate where it has settled in your body and breathe slowly. Now that you have it located, imagine it as if it were a sphere of dark smoke. Observe its density. Observe its heat. Now imagine that with your hand you place a light seed in the center of that sphere and begin to breathe slowly. With each breath, that light seed grows and grows, more and more brilliant. The sphere begins to rotate in the direction of the clock hands and begins to undo itself. The dark smoke begins to come out through your skin. Continue breathing slowly, making your light seed bigger and bigger, spraying the dark sphere. Spraying your anxiety, your stress, your worries, your anxieties. Breathe. Visualize the light cleaning, healing, pulverizing, taking all your anxiety through the pores of your skin. Breathe. Focus only on your breathing and on the light getting bigger and bigger. Focus on your breathing and on the light getting bigger and bigger, more and more brilliant, cleaning, healing. Imagine how the dark smoke comes out through all the pores of your skin, disappearing from your physical body. With each breath, breathe light. Simply imagine as if it were a dream and breathe slowly. Breathe. Take a deep breath and release your body. Now, little by little, start moving your feet slowly. Move your fingers, move your fingers. Start becoming aware of the here and the now. Be aware of your body and breathe. When you are ready, open your eyes.

 Toma una respiración profunda y suelta tu cuerpo. Imagina que 3.000 kilómetros por encima de ti hay una luz blanca, perfecta, muy brillante, que se desprende del mismo centro del universo. Observa cómo empieza a bajar hacia ti, entrando en tu cuerpo por la parte alta de tu cabeza, tu chacra corona. Respira profundo. Sé consciente de cómo el aire entra por tus fosas nasales. Siente cómo entra en tu cuerpo fácilmente. Toma conciencia de que con cada respiración tu cuerpo está más y más relajado, más y más sereno. Visualiza e imagina o observa cómo la luz empieza a llenarte, de cómo tu cerebro se ilumina, cómo se iluminan los dos hemisferios cerebrales por igual. Se iluminan tus ojos, tu cara, tu mandíbula se relaja. Esa maravillosa luz empieza a descender por tu garganta, liberando todas las cosas no dichas y las lágrimas contenidas. Continúa bajando por tus hombros. Suelta todo aquello que no puedes controlar. No puedes salvar al mundo tú solo. Respira. Respira lento. Se empieza a llenar tu pecho y tus pulmones. No dejes ni un espacio de ello sin luz, ya que allí se almacena la tristeza y la pena. Respira profundo y líberalos. Llena tu corazón de luz y baja hasta tu abdomen. Siente cómo te empiezas a equilibrar. La luz baja hasta la parte baja de tu abdomen, allí donde se crea la vida. Llénalo de luz. Ilumina tus caderas. Respira. Respira luz. Permite que continúe bajando por tus piernas, tus rodillas, hasta bajar a la planta de tus pies. Pon tu consciencia en ellos e imagina cómo unas raíces fuertes comienzan a bajar atravesando todas las capas de la tierra hasta que llegan a su corazón, una gran bola de energía, el núcleo del planeta, el corazón de la madre naturaleza. Visualiza cómo esas raíces empiezan a rodear la bola fusionándose en ella y comienzan a recoger esa maravillosa energía. Respira. Respira lento. Sé consciente de cómo esta maravillosa luz te está llenando por completo. Recógela y súbela hacia ti atravesando de nuevo todas las capas de la tierra. Nota su calor cuando llega a tus pies. Permítela que suba por tus piernas, que llene tus rodillas y muslos. Súbela hasta tu abdomen. Siente su fuerza y empieza a notar cómo algo se despierta en ti. Respira profundo y al exhalar siente cómo esa luz sale por todos los poros de tu piel. Respira luz y al exhalar deja que se lleve todo lo que no quieres contigo en este momento. El miedo, la incertidumbre, las preocupaciones, el mal humor, la tristeza, la pereza. Deja también que se lleve todas las cosas que te echas en cara. El pasado ya pasó. Perdónate. Respira luz. Y al exhalar deja que se lleve todo lo que no sea bueno para ti en este momento. Ahora localiza la parte de tu cuerpo físico donde sientes la ansiedad. Puede ser en el centro de tu pecho, en el esternón, en la zona abdominal o como un fuerte dolor de cabeza. Localiza donde se ha alojado en tu cuerpo y respira lento. Ahora que la tienes localizada imagínatela como si fuera una esfera de humo oscuro. Observa su densidad. Observa su calor. Ahora imagina que con tu mano depositas en el mismo centro de esa esfera una semilla de luz. Y comienza a respirar lentamente. Con cada respiración esa semilla de luz crece y crece. Cada vez es más brillante. La esfera comienza a girar en dirección de las agujas del reloj y comienza a deshacerse. El humo oscuro comienza a salir atravesando tu piel. Continúa respirando lentamente haciendo tu semilla de luz más y más grande pulverizando la esfera oscura. Pulverizando tu ansiedad, tu estrés, tus preocupaciones, tus angustias. Respira. Visualiza la luz limpiando, sanando, pulverizando, llevándose a través de los poros de tu piel toda tu ansiedad. Respira. Céntrate solo en tu respiración y en la luz haciéndose cada vez más y más grande. Céntrate en tu respiración y en la luz haciéndose más y más grande. Más y más brillante. Limpiando, sanando. Imagina cómo sale a través de todos los poros de tu piel el humo oscuro. Desapareciendo de tu cuerpo físico con cada respiración. Respira luz. Simplemente imagina como si fuera un sueño y respira lento. Respira. Toma una respiración profunda y suelta tu cuerpo. Ahora poco a poco empieza a mover tus pies despacio, mueve tus dedos, mueve los dedos de tus manos. Empieza a hacerte consciente del aquí y del ahora. Sé consciente de tu cuerpo y respira. Cuando estés preparado, abre los ojos.
