Découverte de la méditation d'attention focalisée, où je t'invite à explorer différents points de référence (points de contact / sensations du corps, respiration et sons) pour ancrer ton attention dans le moment présent. 
L'idée est de s'entraîner à ancrer son attention ici et maintenant, et également découvrir quel(s) point(s) de référence peu(ven)t te servir au mieux aujourd'hui.

Méditation d'attention focalisée - découverte

 Welcome to this meditation of focused attention. The goal is to train to anchor attention in the present moment by using different objects of reference. No object is better than another. The important thing is to explore which one helps you best to stay in contact with the direct experience of the present moment. My directions are to be taken as invitations. If you feel the need, you are free to open your eyes, move your body, change your position, or even modify or stop the meditation. Let's start by finding a comfortable position, a position that reflects our intention to be awake and alert during this exercise. If possible, sit on the front of the chair, the back straight, the body straight and relaxed, without tension. Close your eyes if it is comfortable or just lower your gaze. Turn a benevolent attention to the present moment and the sensations that emerge. Let's start by using the sensations of the body as anchor points of the present moment. Turn your attention to the points of contact, the parts of the body that come into contact with another part of the body. Sit here and now and explore the impressions you feel. the surface on the floor. Notice maybe the pressure sensations at the body parts that are in contact with another surface. For example, turn your attention to the feet on the ground. Explore the sensations at the different parts of the feet. The heel, the sole of the feet, the toes, the top of the feet. Turn your attention to the right foot. Then to the left foot. Notice maybe differences or not. Now turn your attention to the back of the legs and to the buttocks that are in contact with the chair. Explore the sensations here and now. Then turn your attention to the hands. The hands placed on the chair, the legs or another surface. Explore the different parts of the hand. Palm, finger, top of the hand. Pay attention to the right hand. Then to the left. Notice the sensations without judging. Notice maybe other sensations like a certain freshness or warmth. Or the sensation caused by the clothes on the skin or the contact of the air around you. Continue to be attentive to the sensations of your body. Explore what can be discovered. If you notice that your thoughts are wandering, bring your mind gently back to the sensations of the body. Do not judge yourself, it's normal, it's what the mind does. The important thing is here to bring your attention to the moment and to your object of reference. Now turn your attention to the breathing. No matter where the mind goes, the body and the breathing are always there, in the present moment. Become aware of your breathing, do not change your breath in any way. Become aware of the sensations of the breathing as they are. Turning your attention to the breathing can sometimes bring a sense of discomfort. If you were concentrating on your breath, you are free to choose another point of reference, more accessible, like the feet, the hands or another more familiar point of reference. If your attention is turned to the breathing, you begin to notice where you feel the most your breathing in your body. Maybe you feel it in your stomach, when the abdomen swells and then relaxes. Or you feel it more particularly in the ribs, which rise and fall when the lungs fill up and then empty. Or maybe you feel it more particularly in the nostrils. Feel the air entering and then exiting. Let your attention rest where you feel your breathing the most. Allow it to become a reference object of the present moment. Each time that thoughts wander or you become distracted, bring your attention to the breathing, gently but firmly. The last point of reference that we are exploring today is sound. Turn your attention to the sounds that you can perceive, with the intention of receiving the sounds as they are, here and now. Notice the propensity of your mind to identify these sounds. If this is the case, go back to listening to sounds for the sound without judgment. Simply note what you feel or not, explore, discover, as if it were the first time, with curiosity and kindness. Notice the sounds as only sounds. Notice their quality, high, low, close or far, regular, dynamic or intermittent. What sounds are present at this moment? The sound of my voice or its silence? The sounds of your environment? Notice the sounds in the room. Notice the sounds outside the room or outside the building. Notice the sounds of your own body, like the breathing or your beating heart, the sense that circulates. Allow yourself to go to their meetings and listen to them with curiosity, without resistance, without judgment and without forcing if there is nothing to hear or if it is unpleasant. Return to the external sound if necessary. Every time thoughts wander or we lose our point of attention, we are already back in the present moment. For the rest of the exercise, choose a reference point, the one that is most comfortable today and let your attention rest there. Use the body's points of contact, the breathing or the sounds. If you are not sure which one will support you the most today, you will simply choose one. Be kind and curious to what is happening in the present moment. Use the attention circle to welcome your whole body and all the points of contact. Your sitting body in contact with other surfaces. Your body breathing. Your body open to sounds. Take a moment to show yourself to yourself, to have taken the time to practice. To have fed your curiosity and openness to everything that manifests itself moment by moment in the experience of your life. To know that by regular practice, we create conditions to live in a simpler way and with a greater level of well-being. Allow your eyes to open if they are closed and become aware of being able to see. Shake your fingers and toes if it is comfortable and stretch if you feel the need. Continue the rest of your day with a greater awareness and greater stability. Thank you for sharing this meditation with me today.

 Bienvenue pour cette méditation d'attention focalisée. L'objectif est de s'entraîner à ancrer l'attention dans le moment présent, en utilisant différents objets de référence. Aucun objet n'est meilleur qu'un autre. L'important est d'explorer lequel t'aide le mieux à rester en contact avec l'expérience directe du moment présent. Mes directions sont à prendre comme des invitations. Si tu en ressens le besoin, tu es libre d'ouvrir les yeux, bouger ton corps, changer de position, voire même de modifier ou d'arrêter la méditation. Commençons par trouver une position confortable, une position qui reflète notre intention d'être éveillée et alerte pendant cet exercice. Si possible, s'asseoir sur l'avant de la chaise, le dos droit, le corps est à la fois droit et détendu, sans tension. Fermez les yeux si c'est confortable, ou tout simplement abaisser le regard. Tournez une attention bienveillante au moment présent et aux sensations qui émergent. Commençons par utiliser les sensations du corps comme point d'ancrage du moment présent. Tournez son attention vers les points de contact, les parties du corps qui entrent en contact vers une autre surface. Être assis, ici et maintenant, et explorer les impressions ressenties. Remarquez peut-être des sensations de pression au niveau des parties du corps qui sont en contact avec une autre surface. Tournez par exemple son attention vers les pieds sur le sol. Explorez les sensations au niveau des différentes parties des pieds, le talon, la plante des pieds, les orteils, le dessus des pieds. Tournez peut-être son attention plus particulièrement sur le pied droit, puis sur le pied gauche. Remarquez peut-être des différences, ou pas. Amenez maintenant son attention vers l'arrière des jambes et vers le fessier qui sont en contact avec la chaise. Explorez ici et maintenant les sensations. Puis tournez son attention vers les mains, les mains posées sur la chaise, les jambes ou une autre surface. Explorez les différentes parties de la main, paume, doigt, dessus des mains. Posez son attention plus particulièrement sur la main droite, puis sur la gauche. Notez les sensations sans juger, remarquez seulement. Remarquez aussi peut-être d'autres sensations, comme une certaine fraîcheur ou chaleur, ou encore la sensation provoquée par les vêtements sur la peau, ou le contact de l'air autour de soi. Continuez à être attentif aux sensations de son corps, explorez ce qui peut y être découvert. Si tu remarques que tes pensées vagabondent, ramenez gentiment son esprit vers les sensations du corps. Ne pas se juger, c'est normal, c'est ce que l'esprit fait. L'important est ici de ramener son attention au moment et à ton objet de référence. Tournez maintenant son attention vers la respiration. Qu'importe où va l'esprit, la respiration et le corps sont toujours là, dans le moment présent. La respiration avec son propre rythme, ses propres sons, ses propres sensations. Devenir conscient de sa respiration, ne pas changer le souffle de quelque manière que ce soit, devenir plutôt conscient des sensations de la respiration telles qu'elles sont. Tourner son attention vers la respiration peut parfois amener des sensations de gêne. Si te concentrer sur ton souffle ne t'aide pas aujourd'hui, tu es libre de choisir un autre point de référence, plus accessible, comme les pieds, les mains ou un autre point de référence plus familier. Si ton attention est tournée vers la respiration, commence à remarquer où tu sens le plus ta respiration dans ton corps. Peut-être le sens-tu au niveau du ventre, quand l'abdomen se gonfle puis se détend. Ou alors le sens-tu plus particulièrement au niveau des côtes qui montent et redescendent quand les poumons se remplissent puis se vident. Ou encore peut-être le sens-tu plus particulièrement au niveau de narines, sentir l'air y entrer puis sortir. Laisser son attention se poser là où l'on sent le plus sa respiration, lui permettre de devenir un objet de référence du moment présent. A chaque fois que les pensées vagabondent ou que tu deviens distrait, ramener son attention vers la respiration, doucement, mais fermement. Le dernier point de référence que nous explorons aujourd'hui est le son. Tourner son attention vers les bruits que l'on peut percevoir, avec l'intention de recevoir les sons comme ils sont, ici et maintenant. Explorer les sons sans juger, avec curiosité et bienveillance. Remarquer peut-être la propension de son esprit à vouloir identifier ces sons. Si c'est le cas, retourner à l'écoute des sons pour le son sans jugement. Noter simplement ce que l'on ressent ou pas, explorer, découvrir, comme si c'était la première fois, avec curiosité et bienveillance. Remarquer les sons comme seulement des sons, remarquer leur qualité, aiguë, grave, proche ou lointain, régulier, dynamique ou intermittent. Quels sons sont présents en ce moment ? Le son de ma voix ou son silence ? Le son de son environnement ? Remarquer peut-être les sons dans la pièce, remarquer peut-être aussi ceux qui sont en dehors de la pièce ou en dehors du bâtiment, remarquer peut-être même les sons de ton propre corps, comme ceux de la respiration ou de ton cœur qui bat, du sens qui circule. S'autoriser à aller à leurs rencontres et les écouter avec curiosité, sans résistance, sans jugement et sans non plus forcer s'il n'y a rien à entendre ou si c'est d'as agréable. Revenir aux sons extérieurs si besoin. A chaque fois que les pensées vagabondent ou que l'on perd son point d'attention, on est déjà de retour dans le moment présent. Retourner à son point d'ancrage avec bienveillance encore et encore. Pour le reste de l'exercice, choisir un point de référence, celui qui t'est le plus confortable aujourd'hui et laisser son attention s'y poser. Utiliser peut-être les points de contact du corps, la respiration ou encore les sons. Si tu n'es pas sûr lequel te soutiendra le plus aujourd'hui, on choisira un tout simplement. Y amener une attention bienveillante et curieuse à ce qui se manifeste dans le moment présent. Élargir maintenant, si c'est possible, son cercle d'attention pour y accueillir tout son corps et tous les points de contact. Son corps assis, en contact avec d'autres surfaces, son corps en train de respirer et en même temps, son corps ouvert aux sons. Prendre un moment pour se montrer reconnaissant à soi-même d'avoir pris ce temps pour pratiquer. Pour avoir nourri sa curiosité et son ouverture à tout ce qui se manifeste, moment par moment, dans l'expérience de sa vie. Savoir que par une pratique régulière, on se crée des conditions pour vivre de façon plus simple et avec un plus grand niveau de bien-être. Permettre aux yeux de s'ouvrir s'ils étaient fermés et devenir conscient de pouvoir voir. Remuer les doigts et les doigts de pieds si c'est confortable et s'étirer si on en ressent le besoin. Continuer le reste de sa journée avec une plus grande conscience et une plus grande stabilité. Merci d'avoir partagé cette méditation avec moi aujourd'hui.
