Welcome to this guided meditation for customer calls. Begin by finding a comfortable position either seated or standing. Allow your body to settle naturally. Just feel the gentle support underneath your feet or your legs if you're sitting. I invite you to close your eyes or lower your gaze and avert them from any screens you might be looking at. Start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and a slow gentle exhale through the mouth. And again a deep steady breath in through the nose and a calm soothing exhale through the mouth. And as you breathe just notice any tension in your body and let it go. Relax your shoulders, soften your jaw. Release any tightness around your eyes. As you feel your body settle notice your muscles loosening and how your mind gently becomes clearer. Now let's turn your attention inward. Remember that this call is more than a conversation. It is an opportunity to connect, to understand and to add value. Allow this understanding to bring a sense of purpose to you. Now visualize a warm gentle light at the center of your chest. This light presents a genuine intention to add value. With each breath feel this light growing, expanding through your chest, radiating out through your entire body and beyond. As you breathe in, breathe in clarity and confidence. And as you breathe out, let go of any tension or doubts. Now silently affirm to yourself, I am here to listen. I am here to add value. I trust in my ability to create a meaningful connection. Take another deep breath in and allow a sense of purpose to fill your whole self. And when you are ready, bring some movement to your body. Maybe wiggle your fingers or toes. Maybe a nice stretch and just bring your awareness back to the present moment.
