Meditation For Sales Calls - Grounding And Serving Mindset

Hello and welcome. Take a moment to find a comfortable position, whether seated or standing. Allow your body to settle, feel your feet firmly connected to the ground, anchoring you into this moment. Close your eyes gently, soften your gaze, and let's begin by taking a couple of deep breaths. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and gently exhale through your mouth. Again, a deep breath in, feeling your lungs. It's a slow, steady exhale. Let's do one last one. Deep, calm breath in. Gentle breath out through the nose. As you continue, just return your breath to normal, and bring your awareness to your body. Notice any tension in your shoulders, your jaw, your forehead. These are typical places where we hold a lot of tension. In each exhale, just allow these areas to soften and release. When you encounter tension, there's no need to judge. Be gentle with yourself, just notice that, and make an effort to let it go. Now gently shift your focus inward. Remind yourself of the intention for this call. It's not just a transaction, it is an opportunity to serve, to guide, to coach, to support another person in finding a solution that aligns with their needs. Imagine a soft, warm light at the center of your chest, the space around your heart. In each breath, this light gently expands, filling your chest, your shoulder, your entire body. This light is your inner sense of purpose, your genuine desire to help and have a positive impact. With each exhale, breathe in clarity and confidence. With each exhale, release any anxiety, pressure, or self-doubt. Now in this space of call and clearing, silently affirm to yourself, I am here to serve. I listen deeply and respond with care.
