 Cierra tus ojos, toma una respiración lenta y profunda, hazte consciente de como el aire llena tu pecho, tus pulmones, como con cada latido de tu corazón esa vida llega a cada rincón de tu ser. Empieza a hacerte consciente de tu cuerpo, deja caer su peso sobre la superficie en la que te encuentras sentado o tumbado y respira lento, no hay prisa, este es tu momento, es hora de volver al centro, a la claridad, a sentirte sereno, serena, respira, observa aquellas partes de tu cuerpo que requieren tu atención, donde hay tensión, presión o incluso dolor y suéltalo conscientemente, afloja tus músculos, permite que salga, ya no te hace falta, ya pasó, aquí y ahora eliges algo nuevo, observa que del mismo centro del universo empieza a caer hacia ti el néctar de la vida, una luz blanca pura que cae sobre ti como si fuera miel, iluminando cada parte de tu cuerpo, inundándola de amor, de equilibrio, observa como se relaja tu cuero cabelludo, como ese néctar invade tu cabeza, liberando, ajustando esos hilos tensionales que forman tus pensamientos, esos pensamientos que has retenido, los pensamientos están, son, déjalos que vengan, recoge su información y déjalos marchar, no te aferres a ellos, es simplemente información, luego puedes elegir si utilizarla o no, si esa información es válida o es algo obsoleto, hazte consciente si hay algo en ti que puedes cambiar, puedes elegir de nuevo, simplemente observa que te dicen, que te traen, como reacciona tu cuerpo ante ellos, si no te gusta esa sensación, suéltalos, los pensamientos vienen y van, no se tienen por qué quedar, es solo información, observa cómo inunda ese néctar tu cerebro, cómo activa tu glándula pineal brillando con los colores del arco iris en el centro del mismo, cómo tu cerebro se ilumina, cómo se iluminan las conexiones neuronales, cómo se crean unas nuevas, elige, elige cómo te quieres sentir después de cada pensamiento, es útil, te hace daño, te tensiona, te hace crecer, te impulsa, recuerda que es solo información, que viene y va, con cada respiración ilumina más y más tu cerebro, tu cara, relaja tus mandíbulas, tus oídos, no le des más importancia a los pensamientos a la que tienen, obsérvalos, obsérvalos desde fuera y elige, los pensamientos crean las emociones, así que elige que emociones quieres sentir a través de ellos, tienes el poder de crearlas, el poder de elegir qué pensamientos elevados y eran tu día, deja que este néctar caiga por tu garganta, por tu cuello, hasta la parte alta de tu columna vertebral, y allí suelta, suelta todas esas cargas, esas responsabilidades, esas obligaciones que te impones día a día, de quiénes son esas cargas, quién te ha dicho que las tienes que llevar tú, suéltalas, cada uno es responsable de su vida, suelta todo aquello que no te pertenece y tan solo respira, céntrate en tu cuerpo físico, nota la superficie en la que estás tumbada, tumbada y deja caer todo tu peso sobre ella, estás sostenida, estás apoyada, llamada completamente en cada instante de tu existencia, suéltate, suelta toda esa tensión, esas creencias que te hacen sentir que debes de ser perfecta, controlar todo para no cometer ningún fallo, las equivocaciones son aprendizajes y tienes el poder de elegir de nuevo cada instante, respira y siente como tu cuerpo se relaja cada vez más y más, como se sueltan tus músculos, confiando, sabiendo que no tienes más obligación que vivir, experimentar, sea lo que sea, venga lo que venga, siéntelo y déjalo ir, no lo retengas, es una experiencia más, perfecta, respira, siente como la calma del momento presente te va inundando, ahora todo es perfecto, estás a salvo, estás segura, protegida y llena de amor, empieza a amarte, a amar cada pensamiento, cada emoción que habita en ti y si hay algo que no te gusta, elige de nuevo, ese es tu poder, puedes hacer las cosas de forma diferente a partir de ahora, estás bendecida, bendecido, simplemente respira y experimenta plenamente este instante, aquí y ahora, sea amable contigo mismo, siente cosas bonitas hacia ti, lo estás haciendo lo mejor que puedes, que sabes, deja de luchar, de pelear y acepta este instante tal y como es, porque es perfecto. Este instante es todo lo que necesitas ahora, es todo lo que hay, es todo lo que es y es absolutamente perfecto, si los pensamientos vienen, que vendrán, déjalos ir, obsérvalos y recuerda que tan solo es información, en tu mano está usarla o desecharla, porque ya no te sirve, respira y deja caer el peso de tu cuerpo, suelta, no tienes que tener que en tu cuerpo retenerlo para siempre, es una sensación, es algo que viene y que va, respira, todas las emociones son perfectas tal y como son, son el resultado de lo que tú creas, así que simplemente sea amable contigo misma y permítete sentir sea lo que sea, porque todo es perfecto. Deshaz tu cuerpo y tu mente como si fuera un hielo que se derrita al sol y acepta el momento presente tal y como es, porque es absolutamente perfecto, permite que la luz te inunde por completo hasta el último rincón de tu ser, llénate de luz, llénate de amor y simplemente respira, lento, no hay prisa y poco a poco, sin ninguna prisa, empieza a mover los dedos de tus pies, de tus manos, abrázate y respira y cuando estés lista, cuando estés listo, solamente en ese momento, abre los ojos, observa dónde estás, la temperatura, los ruidos, el aroma y poco a poco, vuelve a la realidad, tu momento presente, al aquí y al ahora, donde todo es absolutamente perfecto.
