In the hustle and bustle all the demands that fill our day, it's easy to lose sight of who and what you really are. This guided message is your reminder. It's a remembrance of your divinity and an ode to life's unpredictable and impermanent nature—and that ultimately, this moment on this very day is all we really have. I originally recorded this message as a reminder to myself to surrender to the day ahead and start truly living and experiencing all it has to offer. I hope it can serve you in that same way.

Morning Affirmation: Remembering Who You Really Are

 Hey there conscious creator, beautiful soul, thanks for hitting play on this beautiful morning and for sharing a tiny piece of your day with me. I want to share with you a little message that you can relax into on this beautiful morning, that you can surrender into before you go about your day, and I hope it can serve as a reminder of your divinity, of your beauty, of your infinite nature as you go about the hustle and bustle and trials and tribulations that come up in your everyday life. Sometimes we just need to remember who and what we really are. So if you haven't already, get yourself in a comfortable, relaxing position, and just settle into your body, slow down your breathing, and just take this moment to let go, and return home within yourself, and just allow my words to serve as a backdrop. Today I am starting over, wiping the slate clean of who I think I am, and what I believe I can be. Today I am not looking to succeed, but rather lose myself in the preciousness of empty space. Today I am curious, open to possibility, longing for nothing other than to be here, alive, with you. Today I am allowing, accepting, in the midst of a great love affair with the present moment. Today I am letting go of the charades, the performances, the high wire acts of achievement. Instead I will do my soul's handiwork, breathing, observing, just being. Today I am drinking from the fountain of the infinite, while exerting less effort, exuding more grace, and embodying the source of my thirst as I keep refilling my cup. Today I am pressing pause, so I can firmly press play and experience what is. Today I am one with uncertainty, indifferent to the unfamiliar, deeply content in the shards of glass at the balls of my feet. Today I am changing how I see the world, by emptying my cup, relaxing my eyelids, and taking down the barricades surrounding this undefended heart. Today I am already full and whole, and every action and inaction will merge as a spontaneous outburst of that fullness. Today I am scoffing at my addictions, laughing at what plagues me, and finding humor in the absurdity and the discomfort that is my mind. Today I am abandoning the memory of my known self and who I think I'm supposed to be, nameless, faceless, and without gender. Today I am doing the opposite of what I've always done, living, dying, and resurrecting all in one breath. Today I am just what I am, a speck of consciousness, a collection of stardust, a glimmering awareness looming large and reigning for it. Today I am meeting myself for the first time again and saying goodbye all at once. Today I am laughter, tears, devastation and hope all rolled into one. Today I am yet no one, nothing, someone you will never know, yet one you know all too well. Today I am tomorrow I am not. What does it matter? Because I remember who and what I really am.
