A short morning affirmation practice, just under five minutes, to get into the right mindset for the day.

Affirmations in the morning can lift your mood and get you ready for what's ahead. Words have power, and saying something positive out loud, or quietly to yourself, is motivating. You carry that energy and positivity with you into the rest of your day.

Say them along with me out loud, or repeat them silently, however feels right for you.
