Taking a moment to really tune in to the beautiful love that is abundantly available inside of you in this very moment, and seeing the energy center of your heart start to expand, shine, and radiate with light. Living into all of that pure love that is your true nature, I invite you to expand the energy field around your heart even wider now, expanding your heart field so that it lights up and illuminates every cell of your body. And now expanding your heart energy out several feet from your body, creating a brilliant electromagnetic field of love all around you. Breathing deeply as you feel what a precious gift you and your loving heart are in this world, and knowing that this magnificent heart energy will open up nourishing, uplifting, and blessed experiences for you today.
