Find a comfortable position and if closing your eyes feels comfortable then I invite you to do so. Otherwise just soften your eyelids, soften your gaze and let's embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. As you settle in allow your body to relax and your breathing to find its natural rhythm. Inhale deeply through your nose feeling your chest and abdomen expand and then exhale slowly through your mouth releasing any tension or worries.
