Mornings are the best time of the day to prime our minds, to prepare ourselves to live and to face the day with love and grace. This morning meditation sets the mood for you to appreciate your day, value yourself and the people around you and to be a guide to living a more fulfilling life. 

My Magical Mornings

 Good morning, sacred soul. Sit comfortably with your spine straight, palms facing up on your knees, eyes remain closed. Let's bring a big smile on our face. Welcome to a new day, a new chapter, a fresh beginning. Today is going to be an awesome day. Remember, today is the first day of the rest of your life. As consciousness rushes back into your body, all the past thoughts and stresses will fill you up again, and we become creatures of habit. But today, you have a choice, a choice to make this day epic, and achieving this is not difficult at all. Let's begin by relaxing our forehead. Let's relax our eyes. Allow your neck and shoulder to melt away from your ears. Feel a lightness in your chest, belly, hands and limbs. Let's bring focus to our breathing. Focus in the awareness of your breathing. Someone, somewhere in this world today, is taking their last breath. At some point, it will be us. Let's not take our life, our little moments for granted. Our happiness, fulfillment, our satisfaction is like a destination for us, a destination somewhere far in the horizon, like that pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. If only I had more money, if only I had that relationship, if only I had that job, if only, if only, if only. Let's pause. Let's breathe. Let's let go of all these conditioned, stale ideas. Let's start fresh today. Fulfillment, my fellow traveler, is right here, beating in your chest, beaming through your eyes. Begin by realizing you're alive today. If you woke up alive, the universe has a purpose for you. Begin by thinking of the things, people and evens you are grateful for. It could be something as simple as the clean cup of water you get to drink. Take a deep breath in and think of all the things you're thankful for in your life. Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out. All is well. The universe is supporting you. Even the hard situations are a doorway to growth, an opportunity to be the best version of yourself. Let's remember that stress is a reaction to a situation. No situation is stressful in itself. There is no stress in the universe. Stress is a choice. Visualize yourself choosing to let go instead. Flow like water today. Bloom like a flower today. Allow yourself to just be. Drop any resistance that you might have. Don't push hard. Stay present. Take every moment in its entirety, every moment with its absolute preciousness. Living is a miracle. Feel it, embody it. You don't need anything more, my friend. You don't need to be anyone else. What you have is all you need. And from this point of fulfillment, the rest will follow. Life is in your support. Now visualize yourself, the best version of you. How would you go about your day? Every day, naturally, will be filled with challenges, obstacles, and triggers. How would that best version of you handle these situations and rise above? Visualize your best self living from your heart. It's going to be a beautiful day. In the ancient mystical yogic scriptures of India, it is said, yatha sankalpa tatha srishti, meaning what your deep intention, so is your reality. Set a positive intention for the day. And let's not look at our intention as something that's hard to achieve struggle, an intention with ease, flow, and positivity. As you breathe in, allow this intention to sink in. We are nature. Let's be like nature. Let's flow through the day without resistance, with ease. You have survived this far. Let's thrive today. Align. Love. Let go. And be of service. Keep focus on your breath. And with a big smile on your face, gently open your eyes to a new day. It's the first day of the rest of your life.
